This is a magnificent, contemporary 4-bedroom detached villa located in Kalkan’s Ordu district some 7 km, approximately 10-15 minutes' drive, from the centre. With superlative uninterrupted sea views from almost everywhere in the villa, and totally private infinity pool it provides an ideal choice for large families or groups desiring a secluded and peaceful holiday location. Due to its additional features of an heated indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath Villa Izo is available for guests the whole year round.

Ground Floor

The entrance to Villa Izo is on the level, and on entering you are greeted by a large open living space and a well-equipped kitchen. Full length floor to ceiling glazing maximizes the stunning sea views and provide direct access to the villa's infinity pool terrace. The stylish décor and use of white marble flooring create a spacious and luxurious ambience throughout Villa Izo.

The lounge is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee tables, two armchairs, and a large screen smart TV. The adjacent dining area consists of a large dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests and a fireplace.

The kitchen appliances include an integrated electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and water cooler. An utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron are also on this floor.

For additional comfort and convenience, the villa has Air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

First Floor

From the lounge stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two spacious en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a double, and one is a twin bedroom. The indoor pool is located on the landing between the two bedrooms and is enclosed by full length glazing. Both bedrooms and the indoor pool share the same beautiful sea views. Second Floor

Stairs lead up to the top floor . Here again there are two bedrooms, one twin and one double. Located between them there is a sauna and Turkish bath where guests can pamper themselves whilst enjoying the panoramic views.

Bedroom 4 – Double en-suite shower room with glass divide and Rain Forest shower, king size bed, large circular jacuzzi bath, wardrobe, dressing table, flat screen TV, hairdryer, air-conditioning, furnished private sea view balcony.

Outside

The impressive pool terrace with infinity pool measuring 10 x 4.5m (1.55m deep) has an integral shallow area with two sun loungers, which separates the main pool from the children's pool area. Thus, creating a safer environment for the villa's smaller guests. Access to the main pool can be by walk-in roman steps or by ladder steps at the other end. With a seating ledge the children's pool also doubles up as a jacuzzi pool with hydromassage jets, making it a perfect spot to relax and take in the breath-taking sea views.

The pool terrace with dining table seating 8 people and portable gas bbq for alfresco dining, and stylish furniture surround the pool with comfortable sofa seating group, 8 sunbeds and side tables, two large parasols and a double swing chair.

For those guests who prefer a charcoal barbeque there there is an additional sea view dining area to the rear of the property which has a dining table and a brick-built barbeque. This area is outside the private area of the villa adjacent to the parking area and is also accessible from a side door leading from the kitchen. This luxurious jewel of a villa basks in full sunshine all day long, would suit both families or a group of a friends and makes for a truly unforgettable holiday.

The villa is approached by a concrete surfaced road for approximately the last 1 km. There is plenty of parking space for 2 or 3 vehicles adjacent to the villas entrance.
