Unwind at this modern cottage. the house was lovingly renovated in recent years, featuring vaulted ceilings in living/kitchen area, home theater, and smart home system. the house within walking distance of Johnny Cash's hideaway farm, where Mr. Cash called "center of my universe". 2 mins drive to naturel area with walking trail and Bob Aqua Springs.

We loved our stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The solo stove outside was perfect and the grounds beautiful. We just had a quick stop heading from Texas to Tennessee but would have stayed here a week. It was peaceful and relaxing. Look forward to our next stay.

The property was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed. It was such nice and cozy cottage. Coffee on the porch was a great way to start our day. Will definitely be staying here again for our annual family vacation.

Peaceful Stay

Perfect place to get away from the noise of busy life. Cottage was welcoming and had a feel of country home just like I was wanting. Host extremely fast on responding and very invested in making sure your stay is everything it should be.

Wonderful, quiet stay off 40

A wonderful, comfortable stay off interstate 40. A nice respite after a long road trip. Our dog loved the fenced yard and the host Jasmine was a wonderful host. She had the place ready with lights on for our night arrival. Will definitely stay again when we are traveling through Tennessee.

Quiet Retreat

This sweet little house is clean and well stocked. It has modern amenities throughout the house and a lovely sitting area outside. We enjoyed a movie on the screen in the living area, and we loved watching the birds and squirrels enjoy the front yard. I have stayed here twice, and I will definitely make plans to stay again when I am in the area.

Great Stay in Tennessee

This was a lovely house in Tennessee that was very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. We would be happy to stay here again next time we’re in Tennessee.

Gorgeous property!

The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, and the place was super cozy and comfy! Loved the projector (and the signs/instructions for the remotes, I'm so bad with remote controls so it was super helpful lol)

Magnolia Cottage.

While on our way home from North Carolina to Texas we stayed at Magnolia Cottage. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to get ready for another days travel. The ability to have Netflix to watch was an added benefit. We will definitely like to stay here when we are in this area.

Private, Quiet, Getaway

Perfect place to stay while traveling with dogs! My husband and our two dogs are traveling across the country while relocating and have been utilizing VRBOs along the way. This property is wonderful! It has great AC and WIFI and beautiful surroundings! PLUS the huge fenced in yard with a doggy door can’t be beat!!

The Best!

This place was amazing! We came for a weekend in Nashville, but we needed a dog friendly location. This adorable cottage was about 45 minutes from Nashville but it was such an easy drive it did not feel like it was that long. The home was very clean, and the owner considered every little detail to make us feel welcome. The google smart system throughout the house was a huge bonus, and the projector was so fun for move night when we made it back for the night. The best part was the dog bowls that were inside and outside, as well as the adorable doggy door. Our sweet boy loved the fenced in yard. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Place

This is a lovely cottage with modern touches. We enjoyed the seating area outside, where birds were feeding under the magnolia tree, and we enjoyed a movie on the big screen afterwards. The house was clean and had all we needed. The host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Everything You Need!

With a giant Magnolia tree out front, fenced in yard and well thought out amenities, you will certainly enjoy your stay here! Side porch, firepit and peace and quiet will certainly be appreciated! Clean and organized inside with smooth and simple check in! Wonderful place!

Great getaway!

I wanted to get away for peace and peace is what I found. It wasn't very far from restaurants and stores, so I was able to get out to grab a few things. Roads around the area was a little tricky at night, so do your shopping early. I would definitely come back.

Comfortable and inviting

We absolutely loved this cabin and the decor. It was so comfortable and inviting. Loved the little notes left around the cabin to give instructions or suggestions. The yard was beautifully maintained and our pup loved it. I have to also mention the doggy door/room/deck was adorable! Thank you so much.

A Jewel in the woods.

We were in town for a wedding. It was a perfect spot for us and our dog loved the big fenced in yard. We have stayed at nemerious Verbo's. This was by far the cleanest. Jamie was great at getting back to me with my many questions. We enjoyed the house and all the little touches. We Will definately return in the future.

Amazing stay with Rebel Devil Coonhound

I wanted to take my only son away, just the 2 of us, to celebrate his 12th birthday! doesn’t get nearly as much love and sweet time with Mum as he should at home because he has 2 lovable, but rather psycho sisters who are always in his business. Excited when I found BringFido, which lists places that allow pets. I was hoping to find somewhere that was less than an hour away from Franklin, TN, a little rustic kind of place, in a picturesque setting and a fenced yard. Where we could relax in nature. Enter Magnolia Cottage. It was perfect. Except 
 Rebel was outside the weight restriction, so I contacted the host, Jasmine to see if he was ok. As someone else who has Three Dog Night’s every night, she not only gave Rebel the thumbs up 👍, she left the sweetest and beautifully worded Birthday card AND a prezzie of jerky treats! I did have some difficulty finding the Rebel got to be a dog all by himself, nobody bothering you when you eat, and Mum all to himself. The yard is full of shade trees, and in the large, fenced area, and particularly loved the rustling of leaves as we walked around. I also wanted him to be a good doggie guest, so we try to pick up and clean up after ourselves. Make it not quite as obvious a dog has been there. lol Would absolutely return here! There is a great booklet about the place on the bar when you arrive. The only part that I had some difficulty understanding was how to use the projector, but I am technically challenged.

The kitchen area was very nice and clean. However, the air fresheners were quite strong, and since I’m allergic, I had to keep the window open to breathe comfortably. The view of the neighboring homes slightly reduced the overall appeal, but the house itself was otherwise very cute and inviting.
