Home Base Resort #7

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

The place was very clean, check in was quick and easy. The property is located right off the freeway Ave is prefect for someone traveling long distance who needs a place to stay for the night. The place is also pet friendly and great for families with kids.

The home base house was perfect for our needs. We mountain biked and explored Capitol Reef state park. The house was well equipped and VERY clean. So thankful that they allow dogs as our sweet Goldendoodle came with us. Sharon at the camp store was amazing. Her carrot cake is to die for ice cream was good too!!!!! We loved our stay!!!

Comfortable and convenient stay

We enjoyed our stay at Home Base! We were traveling with dogs, and that was easy, affordable, and we felt very welcomed in all of our interactions. House was clean and very comfortable, certainly recommend it for anyone traveling through or staying a few days in the area.

We had an event at Eagle Point, and there was nothing available in Beaver. This little place was awesome and fit our needs. I'm marking this as a place to stay next time I'm in the area.

Perfect Stay

Property was perfect for what we were wanting. Clean, new, had all the basics that we needed. The onsite ice cream was a big plus as well. Lots of room to park trailer and four wheelers

Best experience!

We had a three night stay it was great everything was clean and it had all the cooking and cleaning essentials! The host was quick to respond during check in and super friendly if we ever decide to stay in Joseph again this will definitely be our go to!

Cute little place to stay!

This cute little house was perfect for our stay! It was so clean and nice. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We loved the loft bedroom. The location was great and the area was super quiet. Check in was easy and Shane was really great to work with to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again and really loved our stay here!!!

Perfect little house.

We had a job to do in Richfield, and wanted to stay a little extra time to have some fun. This was perfect. We had a great time. It was a very comfortable stay.

Perfect

We needed a place to stay for our trip around Marysvale. Super easy checkin and checkout. The place was clean and exactly what we needed. My only complaint is the pillow situation, but I have troubles no matter where I go. We will definitely stay here again.
