Traveling with pets? We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $40 per pet, per night fee. The fully fenced backyard makes this the perfect home for both two- and four-legged travelers—just be sure to inquire before booking if you're bringing pets.

- 12-cup drip coffee maker
- Pots, pans, utensils, spices
- Indoor dining table with seating for 6 (extra chairs provided)

The spacious, fenced backyard is perfect for gathering, relaxing, or letting your dog enjoy the outdoors.

A Note About Neighborhood Dogs

Our neighbor’s dog may occasionally bark, typically during guest arrivals and departures. The barking usually stops quickly, but we want to be transparent so you're not surprised. We provide earplugs and white noise machines for your comfort, and we appreciate your understanding.

Important:

For your safety, this property is equipped with one exterior security camera. Camera 1 is positioned at the front door, facing the driveway and front yard. This camera has outward views only and does not capture interior spaces. They activate recording of video and sound when triggered by motion.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home, including the spacious backyard and all indoor amenities.

Please note: There are a few owners' closets throughout the home that remain locked and are not accessible to guests.

We are delighted to have you visit us at in New River Gorge! Please adhere to the following rules during your stay:

-Neighborhood Dogs: You may occasionally hear barking from our neighbor's dog, which usually quiets down quickly. We want you to be aware of this possibility, and we appreciate your understanding if it happens.

The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled.
- Must sign rental agreement.
- Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation.

- Pricing does vary based on group size, and whether you are bringing pets.
- No parties, smoking, drugs, or excessive noise.
- Pet fees and rules apply. Contact us before booking with pets.
- Violations subject to fees, damages, costs, or expenses.
- We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, power outages, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
