Welcome to Rogabeach! Enjoy a relaxing stay at Jacksonville Beach in our beautiful two-story townhouse. Perfectly located in a quiet street ~12 minutes walk from the beach and minutes away from shops, restaurants and anything you need. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a beautiful private backyard there is more than enough room for 9 guests and your small pup, so you won't have to leave anyone behind!
Hot-tub will be filled with fresh water for each reservation.
The space: The townhouse is located in
a quiet street. Enjoy a nice morning walk along the canal or head straight to the beach using our complimentary beach chairs, sun umbrella and beach cart!
We allow one small dog with a fee (see more in house rules).
Kitchen & Dining Area: Our Kitchen is fully equipped, ready to prepare yummy meals you can enjoy sitting at the breakfast bar or at the welcoming dining area. We even included a Nespresso machine for your enjoyment and a blender for your fresh smoothies.
Bedrooms: All the bedrooms have luxury mattresses, HD smart TVs.
The 1st Bedroom features a King size bed and a full bathroom with large walk-in shower (ready for 2 guests). Balcony with small seating area. View to the street from the balcony. We added a desk in case you need to work or study.
The 2nd Bedroom has a Triple Bunk bed (ready for 3 guests).
The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Size bed (ready for 2 guests).
The 4th Bedroom has a Twin Size Day Bed. Just pull out the bed base and you get a Double Bed in no time (ready for 1 or 2 guests). We added a X-Box series X in case you love video games!
Living room: Relax in our open floor living room with your family and friends. The backyard will be calling you (especially the hot tub). Watch a movie on our 65” smart TV or have some fun with our many board games!
Washer and a Dryer.
Highchair and Pack-N-Play available upon request.
High-Speed Internet.
Outdoor Experience: Large intimate fenced-in backyard to keep your children and pup safe. New pergola with stone paver patio to enjoy outdoor seating in the shade. You like grilling? So do we! Grill quickly and exquisitly for your large party using our fancy BBQ Grill! (propane gas).

Hi! We are Stephanie and Gabriel, a 40-something couple that is passionate about good food & drinks, travel and going on adventures. Stephanie is originally from France, consumed by wanderlust, she travelled all around the world and lived in 3 different countries. Gabriel is a Buenos Aires native who grew up in Israel before calling the U.S. his home. In August 2022, we fulfilled our dream of owning a house at the beach. We picked Jacksonville Beach because we fell in love with the vibe of this authentic beach town from the moment we stepped out of our car years ago. We can't get enough of our long walks on the white sandy beach, watching our kids try to catch the waves on their surf boards or going to our favorite restaurants in Atlantic Beach. When we travel, we love staying at "boutique" hotels and unique homes and we love experiencing the local life as if it was a part of our day to day. We both enjoy connecting with new people and sharing stories, and we're sincerely happy to host you. Our goals is to make your stay at our townhouse and in Jacksonville Beach an unforgettable experience, so please let us know what we can do to make your time here as enjoyable as possible.
