Nice Getaway

We love Palm Island!

This was our second stay in the unit and it suits us to a T. The only problem we had this stay was the dryer didn’t work. We don’t like having to bring back dirty, sandy clothes😧. Other than that, absolutely wonderful!

Coconuts can be a little pricey, Recommend that you get all essentials if you are going to stay longer . Overall a great short getaway.

Great escape to Palm Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent two day getaway on PI and thoroughly enjoyed the break. The location to Rum Bay (Restaurant) was perfect. The only downside was the coffee maker which resort team said they would replace upon our departure (3 star). We plan to build on island and recommend staying at the resort for anyone wanting a private, non-commercial type of vacation. Old Florida still exists!

We are frequent visitors and this condo was updated, fresh, clean, stocked with anything and everything you would need to have a home away from home feel. We highly recommend you do not hesitate to consider booking this or any of the Palm Island condo rentals and villas. A professionally run and customer service oriented company. You won't be disappointed.

Great Vacation As Always

The only suggestion for improvement: how about blinds on the front door since the porch light is on all night (or, how about a light switch?). Pretty minor issue. Don't forget your mosquito soray

Housekeeping not the best sand in the bed pots dirty in kitchen and countertops pn the sticky side. They have a serious mosquito problem and should warn guests. We'll be back hopefully less mosquitoes next time.

Relaxed Island Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The one bedroom condo was updated and very clean, and well furnished. This particular unit (3514) was well located on the resort property, near the Beach Villas pool (which, unfortunately during our stay, had a heating malfunction, and we didn't get to use it.) We were allowed access to another pool, but farther away. WiFi service was almost non-existent. Luckily, our unit was located near the Coconuts Ice Cream Shop so we walked there at least twice a day to use the internet. Overall, enjoyed the place and would go back again.

Our visit was relaxing and all that was made possible by the facility and staff. Lunch at Rum Bay was delicious!Although our experience was not hampered by the following, it certainly would have made the stay easier...additional garbage bags in the unit, some type of cleaning supply, beach/pool towels (or a reminder in your communication to pack our own).We'll be back!

After all these years...we won't be back

Reviewer Comments: Loved the location as always.Had to split up in two units at last minute, accomodations were nice but just average could be updated. Faith and Lisa were friendly and accomodatingFerry staff was rude and did not have good knowledge or communication with office staff. Marty was very rude in phone contacts. Been coming ten years this was the worst dealing with office staff and ferry that we ever had. A lot of money for what u get beside the views. Our group will not be back next year

ALMOST perfect, restful getaway!

Reviewer Comments: We got almost everything we were looking for in this vacation getaway -- it is the perfect place to disconnect from the stress of the world and reconnect with each other. We never turned on a TV or looked at social media or online news. Beautiful sunsets, perfect weather, good books, good food and plenty of wine made for an almost perfect vacation. Our only complaint: The bed in our villa was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Every time one of us turned over, which was often because it was so uncomfortable, there was a loud squeak. It was hard to sleep! My hubby was smart enough to bring his own pillow which helped, along with a sleeping pill. But who needs sleeping pills on vacation??? Next time I will bring my own pillow and will try the bed first before unpacking. If the bed is uncomfortable again we will ask to be moved to another room. Yes, we will definitely be back!
