Stayed for a few days of skiing at Lutsen. Awesome location a few minutes from the chalet. Clean, roomy and very nice!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Poplar River Condos. We stayed in a King Suite. It felt private, was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Great location and view

Beautiful setting. Very clean and well maintained. Loved the jetted bathtub. Towels, bed and bedding good. Liked the deck.No freezer, refrigerator needed to be colder. Somehow I missed in the listing that the kitchen was not stocked with anything other than aper towels.

Changed condos from 601 to 606 at Poplar River Condos

The first condo we expected to stay at was supposedly advertised as pet free. We were informed that the owners brought their dog so we opted to change based on that information. I thought I was getting the exact same studio, but learned after we arrived that we had a deep tub/shower combination. This was never addressed in an earlier email I sent to rental company, therefore, I assumed it was the same. Even though we were told they would look for another room for us, we were too tired to haul our luggage back up and out to the car. Unfortunate start to our 3 day stay. No follow up after the first exchange of texts. I wish they had offered us something. A discount on the stay or even. Future stay.

Nice, Clean and Warm

We enjoyed our stayed. We had a good view, and the room was very clean. Our room got warm, and we could not cool it down very well. There is no AC in the room which we understood being so close to Lake Superior. But, even with all the windows open at night, the room didn't cool down much. It was very warm during our stay in July, with the highs near 85 degrees. Otherwise, great visit. We will stay there again.

North Shore Getaway

Love the property and location to the things that we were doing in Lutsen, Grand Marais and even up in Canada. Things were clean and the property was exactly as shown in the photos. Loved the balcony with a great view of the trees and the lake. It was really quiet as well.

Winter escape

The property was very clean and well maintained. Easy to access skiing, snowmobiling and many miles of beautiful winter hiking. Definitely would recommend!
