Great hitech house

Alexa in every room, big TVs, clean new kitchen and bathrooms. Very convenient location and a use of the garage. Tons of new linens and towels.

Great place in Incline Village , but hot tub isn’t working

We had a great time staying in this cabin. However, it seemed to still need some work finished as empty spaces with exposed wires we’re still seen in the bathroom downstairs . The hot tub that was advertised wasn’t filled , and that was the main reason we picked the house to stay in . Had we known it wasn’t working, I would’ve just chosen a more affordable place nearby . We had to be mindful of expenses,traveling with a toddler right after Christmas, and only chose the rental because I had a hurt back.

Nice cabin - spacious and clean.

We had a very nice stay in this cabin. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is full equipped with a lot of appliances and also the provided us basic things to a breakfast (coffee, tee, sugar, etc). the house have 3 rooms so I think that owner should allow people to rent it form more than 4 adults. The only thing that they have to improve is the wifi connection; it didn't work properly. If you have to work during your stay in this house, definitely the wifi will be a problem.

Bare Minimum, Cold Showers, Poor Customer Service

This property has potential to be great, but unfortunately dropped the ball in many areas, leaving us disappointed in our stay and experience. Upon arriving at the property, the driveway was a sheet of ice, particularly right in front of the garage and the front door. While I am aware that this “comes with the territory” of winter in Lake Tahoe, it did not seem like any additional effort was put into clearing this prior to our arrival, making it difficult and dangerous to unload our vehicle. The garage door is also problematic. It is on a rail system, of which the door goes off the back side of the rails if you put it up too far. The rail system is also bent, likely from other guests having the same issue, making it very difficult to get back on with help and impossible for one person. The wood burning fire place is a great feature; however, they place one log on the fireplace and do not provide any additional wood. They also do not provide you with a lighter, fire poker, or anything to start/maintain a fire. The biggest problem for me was that the showers do not get hot water. Even after letting them run for several minutes, the temperature was maybe room temperature (although I feel even that is being generous), making it extremely uncomfortable to shower, especially in the winter after a day spent outside in the cold. The bathroom sinks would get hot water, but not the showers, so it did not seem like a water heater issue to me. I contacted vacasa and was told they would check on the water heater; however I was never informed of their findings and was provided no follow-up or resolution. Upon returning to the house that day and noticing there had been no improvement in the water temperature, I followed up with a voicemail. My voicemail was not returned and I was not provided any resolution or compensation. Lastly, they do not provide a hair dryer, so be sure to bring your own because wet hair after a cold shower in the middle of winter is not ideal.
