Welcome to the house where all of your dreams of a breezy and carefree vacation will come true! This beautiful, new construction home is just across the street from the beach and offers impeccable views of the Currituck Sound. Some of the great attractions you can find within four miles of the home include the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, Historic Corolla Park, Currituck Banks Reserve, and Wild Horse Adventure Tours.

Outdoor living is key here! You will find an enclosed backyard with your very own sparkling pool, a poolside propane grill for warm-weather barbecues, and a convenient enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Multiple decks adorn this home as well, providing endless spots to unwind and relax with your loved ones and even enjoy alfresco meals if the weather is indulgent.

Inside this air-conditioned abode, a cozy and homey living room awaits. It's been furnished with comfortable sofas throughout, a large smart TV with streaming services, and a gas fireplace to keep you nice and warm during winter days. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious treats for everyone in the fully-equipped kitchen. It's complete with all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups.

Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

Disappointed by cleanliness – needs a deep clean

We were unfortunately greeted by a host of cleanliness issues on arrival:- Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and towels packed in the dryer.- Floors were visibly dirty, and despite contacting customer service multiple times over several days requesting a broom or vacuum (none were made available), nothing was provided and our concern was not addressed. The “property manager” was supposed to be in contact, but we are certain the property manager is non-existent. - Couches and curtains were stained.- Bugs were everywhere inside the home, and there was even a dead frog in one of the closets.- For a five-night stay, only a single towel per person was provided—clearly insufficient. - Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. This property clearly requires a thorough deep clean, not just standard turnover tidying. Cannot recommend this property in its current state and we will never do business with Vacasa again.

Last Min OBX trip

We had a family/friends trip planned for the NC mountains that had to be reworked because of the hurricane devastation. Vacasa was excellent in helping us find this home as a substitute. Our three families loved the property and the town of Corolla.

OBX House

The house had a lot of great amenities and was new. There were good views of the bay, and the pool and hot tub were great. However the location was a bit far from the beach (we had to bike ride), and the house was not properly cleaned when we arrived.

Beautiful home & sunsets

Lovely home, great floor plan & well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of the sound. 10-minute walk to beach, 5 minute drive to grocery stores and shopping.

Vacation 2024

We loved the house! Great location! Decor was nice and the pool was lovely! My only complaint is the mattresses. Like previous guest mentioned they are hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Cruz Bay always my favorite Stay!

Never disappoints! This is my go to place when I am in town. Best views of the sunsets from the neighborhood dock. Always relaxing and quiet! The pool too is very nice. Kitchen is always fully stocked and clean. Looking forward to next trip.

We stayed at this home with a large group that included several small children, and while the layout and space worked well for us, there were quite a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. Pros: • The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which made it feel peaceful and safe. • It’s spacious and well-suited for large groups, especially families with young kids — plenty of room to spread out and play. Cons: • no sheets on one of the beds and no extra linen available • Cleanliness was a major issue. Floors were dirty when we arrived, and there were cobwebs and dead bugs covering the patio furniture and balconies, and smashed bugs on walls inside. • We found spiders inside the house and even black widows in the yard, which was concerning. • The stove and oven were very slow to heat, making cooking a hassle. • One of the screen doors was broken and laying on balcony, which let bugs in and couldn’t be used properly. • The kitchen was poorly stocked — only 2 mixing bowls, no dish towels, no basic cleaning supplies, and most of the pans had peeling Teflon (which is unsafe to use). • We also requested pool service due to issues, but no one ever came or followed up. With some serious attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and kitchen supplies, this could be a great rental. But in its current state, we would not return or recommend it without improvements, especially for the cost that we paid.

Mother's and daughters vacation

I loved the location and everything about the house except it need an elevator. We had a hard time getting our 94 year old mother up and down the steps. Getting grocery to the kitchen. Overall nice place. My sister has allergies and was able to stay with no issues. Thanks

The Woolfolk's

The property was beautiful, the management company needs to power wash the decks spider webs everywhere and dirt looks like decks was not clean in six month's! The bedrooms mattress was hard, other than those issues we had a great time!
