As soon as you enter you will be stunned by the open floor plan and immaculate paintings that this home has to offer.
The DINING ROOM includes a large table with seating for 8. There is also a smart TV so this space is perfect for meetings or conferences.
This home features not just one, but TWO large LIVING ROOM areas. The first living room has a huge sectional and 75" smart TV. If that isn't enough, we've got you covered as the second living room area has another big sectional and 65" smart TV. Plenty of seating for all!
The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs! We also have a kitchen table, perfect for morning coffee and midday snacks!
Behind the kitchen you will find an in-unit washer dryer with a half bathroom.
If you enter the garage, you will find that the space is converted into a workout room. Perfect for anyone looking to get in their daily exercise while traveling. We have an elliptical, dumbbell free weights, kettlebell, resistance bands, a bench, yoga mat, and ab roller.
The BACKYARD sits on a beautiful golf course. Enjoy the views, however, access on the golf course is strictly prohibited!! Do not worry though, as there is plenty to do as this yard is bursting with amenities. There is a heated in-ground pool, billiards table, dart board, 65" smart TV, and seating area around a fire-pit!
