PLATS, PLATS, PLATS !! Tropic Isles är en golffront, låg densitet (endast 40 totala enheter), familjeorienterat komplex som ligger på stranden i hjärtat av Gulf Shores. Vi ligger ungefär 0,3 mil väster om Hwy 59 "T" och det offentliga strandområdet vilket innebär att du kommer att vara inom gångavstånd från Bahama Bob's, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, restauranger och souvenirbutiker. Om du inte bryr dig om att hoppa i bilen är du bara några minuter från Gulf State Pier, Orange Beach, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheatre, zoo, golfbanor, marinor, Fort Morgan, färja till Dauphin Island, delfinsturer eller en kort bilresa norrut på Hwy 59 till Outlet Mall för shopping.

Tropic Isles # 402 är ett ett sovrum, 1 1/2 badrumsenhet med besättningskängar i korridoren (lämplig för mindre barn) och en bäddsoffa i queen size. Det finns en fickdörr som tillhandahåller integritet till kojer och sovrum från kök och vardagsrum om du önskar. Två platt-TV-apparater, gratis Wi-Fi. Nya möbler våren 2018. Fullt möblerat kök med uppdateringar av bänkskivor och apparater våren 2017. Tvättmaskin torktumlare. Denna enhet är perfekt för en liten familj eller ett par som behöver en lugn bortflykt. Alla balkonger har utsikt över den säsongsuppvärmda poolen och har direkt utsikt över viken.

Tropic Isles-komplexet är väl underhållet och erbjuder fantastiska bekvämligheter för sina gäster, till exempel en pool vid stranden (för barnen som inte kan bestämma sig för vad som är roligare), utomhusdusch, kolgrillområde, badrum nära poolområdet, lätt tillgång till middagar till stranden (kort avstånd från hiss och pool) allt utan den trånga känslan du ofta har med de större höghuserna. Parkering på plats (begränsad handikapparkering) med gott om vagnar för att transportera tillhörigheter till hissen.

This was a great condo! Perfect size for the 3 of us! Walking distance to local restaurants, right on the beach, pool was nice too! View from the balcony was amazing!

Patio view was excellent

Right within walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, beach access, clean well-kept pool. Location was perfect. Really enjoyed our get away. Unit is probably due for some updates but worked fine for our stay.

Great View! Nice Condo

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. The space was nicely decorated and had most everything we needed facility wise. I HIGHLY recommend the area and the walk ability to nearby restaurants and shops. The areas of need identified are a new manual or electric can opener, a broom and dust pan and most of all- a new mattress and springs for the bedroom. I think Godzilla jumped on the middle of the bed. I slept on the couch two nights due to back ache. This condo gets a solid 4/5 for me. I would stay there again IF the bed were fixed.

Check-in was seamless! The view is what makes this condo amazing. The location is wonderful too as it’s close walking distance to so much and places to eat. Traffic can be challenging and so can parking at the restaurants, so it was nice to walk.The cleanliness I would give a 3/5. Floors were pretty dirty and we had issues with the dryer for the first 3 days we were there. Lori(Property Manager) was amazing to deal with and very responsive!! I think the cleaning crew could do a better job and it appears they do the bare minimum. Dishes had been left in the dishwasher for 2 days after they were cleaned which caused mold to grow on the cutting board in the dishwasher. All in all, it was the cleaning crew for not giving this condo a 5/5.

Perfect location!

This condo was clean and very tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. The balcony had both stools/ table for meals but also had 2 chairs for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second year in a row that we've stayed in this condo. The location on the beach is excellent. The unit was clean and well-equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

We loved that this was a small complex and that there was no wait for the elevator. Our view was perfect and we were in walking distance of so many great restaurants. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet with no traffic in and out beside our room. We would definitely book again,

Great Location

This location was the best. The unit was very clean inside and out. The view from the balcony was awesome. I enjoyed watching the dolphins playing in the morning while we drank our coffee. The white sand beach is just steps away. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Excellent location. My teens were able to walk to everything(pizza,ice cream,icee place, a wide variety of shops, local hangouts). Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

I stayed at this condo for a week in June for a girls trip. The condo is in great location and walking distance from a lot of shops/restaurants. The condo was clean and as pictured. The view of the beach is great from the balcony and is a short walk from the condo. Lori was great; informative, kind, and replied quickly. I will be looking to stay here again in the future!

Nice condo

It was a nice condo, minimal kitchen ware. Would have been nice to have a blender and better pans. Could definitely tell it was a rental rather than owner occupied. Cleaning staff could have done a better job but are probably understaffed. Better if the sofa was a sofa bed. It is a great location and lovely pool.

Family Vacay

Loved the property and view. Easy walk to beach with younger children and walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The only downside is the main bathroom had a few stray hairs from the previous guest in the tub and floor. I found the broom and brought my own supplies so took care of it myself. There was a card left by property manager for any cleaning needs within the first hour of check in. It was easier for me to take care of myself. I highly recommend this condo!

Nice property and the beach was great

Overall the unit was in good condition, one of the folding doors to the bunk beds was barely standing when we got there, luckily was noticed before the kids tried to open it. The track had lost a screw and I guess the previous tenants decided to prop the door back instead of reporting. We had a great time at this unit, the only other problem we had ( which can be found at just about every unit) is that the tile floors were filthy ( feet would be black after walking on floor ).

The property overall needs updated. Tile flooring chipped and broken, cheap grade cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. The plastic fake fronts peeling off . Black mold was present on the top, back wall of the tub. Light in hallway was burned out when we got there. We replaced the bulb. Need potholders in kitchen . Discover this after we had a pan in the oven. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a fabulous week ! Thank you

Varför värden valde detta boende

Gulf Shores was close to our home in Madison, MS. Its an easy drive from about anywhere in the south. The beaches are fantastic and the home is reasonably priced and we pass the savings on to you!! Its great for a week at the beach and close enough for a weekend getaway.
