The Space:
THE SKINNY: This lovely west St. Augustine 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the treasured heart of the west side of St. Augustine, a wonderful extension of historic downtown St. Augustine. The apartment is inside a building that houses some amazing locally owned shops and is nearby locally owned restaurants, breweries and bars. The city vibe from above will give you no choice but to allow yourself to fully escape into vacation mode. The living room is cozy and has a pull out sofa with big screen TV that you can stream your favorite shows on. Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs throughout the day on our 2 covered patios. The full kitchen is truly stocked to allow you to entertain your whole group with ease. Lounge outdoors or relax inside, grab some gear and head out for a day on the town or cook in for a quiet night in the city. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!
THE PROXIMITY: Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are next door, across the street or down the block and all within a 5 minute walk of the apartment! To name a few: Blue Hen Restaurant (local favorite), Buena Onda Cafe(vegetarian), The West Egg, The Local Refillery (plant-based products), Bog Brewery, Muggsyâs Bar, Ms EL Boutique, Graet Vintage Clothing, Coastal HomeâŠand more. And you're just a stones throw from the very heart of downtown St. Augustine. To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 35 minutes best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is less than 8 minutes from Publix grocery store.
THE SPACE: The home sleeps 4 in 1 bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 Queen size pullout sofa. The kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together for a great night in! The TV has Live TV capability and is Smart, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.
THE LAYOUT: This home has a solid 1/1 layout.
>BEDROOM: Boasts a King size bed, a full vanity and access to the front porch overlooking W King Street.
>PULLOUT COUCH: In the living room, Queen size.
>BATHROOM: In hallway off of living room and kitchen with walk in shower.
AMENITIES: Patio with views of downtown St. Augustine. Driveway parking. Washer and dryer. Linens and towels included.
OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.
PARKING: ONE SPOT ALLOCATED FOR UNIT B ON THE PAVERED PORTION OF THE PARKING LOT (SPOT TO THE LEFT OF THE HANDICAP SPOT)

LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washer and dryer off of the kitchen. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a short drive, a bike ride or even a 15 min walk away is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. Contact me for lots of insider local recommendations on what NOT to miss!
BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated 15 min from Vilano Beach! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
Guest Access:
All of Apartment B is included in the rental. Please make yourself at home! Apt A is private and occupied by a long term tenant.
One parking spot only is provided in our parking lot directly behind the building. Additional parking is available on the side street next to the building.
Must climb stairs to enter and exit apartment.
Entrance to apartment is located on the back side of the building by the parking.
Apartment is located above commercial retail shopping.
You will hear vehicle noise from King Street and occasionally from the nearby train as this apartment is located close by to the road and train tracks.
Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! **WITH FEE** If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

There is so much to explore in the neighborhood!
Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 15 minute walk or short drive of the front door! To name a few: Buena Onda Cafe, The Local Refillery (shopping), Bog Brewery, Serenity Yoga, Paper Route Clothing Store, antiques and furniture stores, etc.
Just a few minutes east is historic King Street, where you can explore the most beautiful college campus in all of Florida, Flagler College! Just a block away is St. George Street, which is known for it's amazing shopping and restaurants! Nearby, picturesque Aviles Street is an art-collector's dream! Also located in this area are most of St. Augustine's special event venues like The Lightner Museum, The White Room, The Treasury and The Government House. I am more than happy to give recommendations. You will have an amazing time!
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.
