Have stayed here before, and had a great time until the utility ocean crew started to take sand from the ocean an put it on the beach, and they worked all night with 5 bulldozers going beep beep beep all night long. They closed the beach when doing this. Scooby's is a great food place. Other than that, we had a great time. The condo is wonderful with great views close to the ocean, and the owners are top-notch. will stay there again.

Thank you Richard, we enjoyed hosting you again for 2 weeks. I apologize for the beach renovation. This was a federal contract ordered by Army Corp of Engineers for the whole Grand Strand, they worked day and night to only affect properties for 2 days max and they were only doing 1000 feet at a time so you could walk about 500 feet in any direction (north or south) and use the beach. It was of great concern to everyone this summer and we are not sure why they picked the high season to work but it is over for many years

Comfortable bed, prime beachfront, well furnished, full kitchen stocked with an assortment of equipment. Owner provided soaps and detergents for dishwasher and laundry. Great blackout curtains. Be warned, the parking garage is tight. My full size truck fit, but I don't know what I would've done if I had encountered another vehicle on the ramp going in or out. Also, I didn't mind it, but the pool is lively and you're right on top of it. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm from what I gather. For what I was looking for it was perfect.

We loved the property both inside the condo and the resort itself. Great location for getting around and the beach was right there for us to enjoy. Multiple pools for the kids to use when the surf was rough.

Week long stay, family of 4

The property is conveniently placed near the airport and attractions, as well as the beach. It was very clean upon arrival, plenty of beach supplies ready for our use, larger inside than the pictures even made it appear. The owner provided us extra info on additional attractions and restaurants to check out. Our stay was very nice.
