Our townhomeâs location puts you right in the heart of the action! Just a short walk away, youâll find Old Town and Fun Spot for family-friendly fun. When youâre ready to relax, the private lanai offers a cozy dining area and a large circular lounger, ideal for kicking back after a full day of excitement. Plus, the home is equipped with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a starter kit of essentials to help you settle in without a worry.
Our gated resort community offers amenities for all ages. Dive into the large heated swimming pool, unwind in an additional hot tub, or splash around in the waterslide pool. On sunny days, enjoy outdoor games like ping-pong, beanbag toss, and giant Connect Four near the pool area. When hunger strikes, grab a snack or drink at our poolside bar without missing a moment of relaxation. Inside the clubhouse, youâll find a fitness center, two game rooms, and a restaurant/bar perfect for evening dining. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the pool area for your convenience.

Youâll also be right next door to the world-famous Old Town and Kissimmeeâs Fun Spot, perfect for a day of close-to-home fun. Whether youâre here for adventure or relaxation, we canât wait to welcome you to this perfect Florida retreat!
Minimum booking age is 25
A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.
Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.
There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.
Please note that our home does have exterior cameras.
We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
