Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, with four bedrooms to reside in all with TVs. Enjoy the glassed/screened in front porch with swing. Clean home with large bedrooms. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen. Lots of free parking. Walk 4 blocks to downtown Columbia, MO, six blocks to University of Missouri, and one block to Columbia College and six blocks to the MKT trail. 1/2 block to city bus and city park. Smoke and pet free home.
The space
High speed internet available (1000 mbs), flat screen Roku TVs in each bedroom and living room. This updated house has a full kitchen which is fully equipped with double door refrigerator, full size gas stove, microwave, dish washer, Kuerig coffee maker and toaster . You have everything you need to prepare meals. Four bedrooms and two full baths. Dining area with sitting for six. Very spacious living room with full size leather matching couch, love seat and chair. You will find a full size washer and dryer for your use. Iron and ironing board are also available. Bed linens, bath towels and hand towels are provided. Stocked spice rack, coffee with sugar/creamer, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap included. Enjoy the view of Columbia on the front porch swing.
Guest access
Check in time is 4:00pm. Check in yourself with keypad access at the back door. Code to the door will be provided prior to guest check in.

Please note essentials are provided as a starter kit only. The guest is responsible for additional essentials/food during their stay. Roku TVs are provided with access to log in to your own subscription services( Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime) please note to log out of your account after your stay.

Great place and plenty of room!

Great place and location. We were in town for a softball tournament and close to everything we needed. Took my kids to an Escape Room which was walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Como Vrbo House

Great property came as advertised. Hosts was very responsive and check-in was super easy. House is walking distance from campus and downtown.

Great house for 2-family group

This house is set up perfectly if there are 2 families traveling together. There are 2 bedrooms & a full bath on the front of the house and 2 bedrooms & a full bath at the back of the house, with a kitchen separating them both. The house is conveniently located to many things. Although, the biggest downfall to the location is how loud the location is. There is a park less then a block away that is clearly a “hangout spot” for adults that enjoy very loud music. I’m addition to ambulances that drive by multiple times per day with sirens on. The owners were SUPER responsive and helpful!! They helped with all questions and requests before our stay as well as checking in during our stay to make sure all was ok!

Has great potential

House has great potential to be amazing. Most dishes and kitchen towels had crusty food on them. Beds were comfortable but had a plastic mattress pad making them very hot. AC was not able to cool the house adequately-need a fan to stay comfortable. Very nice kitchen with upgraded appliances. Comfortable couch but carpet was not vacuumed before we arrived. Lawn was not mowed until the day of our departure.
