This is a cozy fully furnished condo of 553 sq. ft. that is equipped with colorful taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota!

Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a patio, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a beautiful view of the surrounding vegetation, the pond, and the putting green.

Enter the condo (ground floor unit, like a townhome) and you will have a nice view through the unit.

★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
The first room is the bedroom with artful decoration, tile floors, 2 night stands and light. The queen sized bed is comfortable and the windows are surrounded by vegetation for a restful night of sleep.

★Living Area:
Follow the hallway to the luminous living room with a peaceful view of the vegetation, the trees, a small pond and the putting green in the back.
You will like the quaint decoration with vivid artwork, a comfortable couch, an armchair and TV.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen was fully renovated with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The bar can comfortably seat 2 guests.

★Bathroom:
The renovated bathroom features a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

★Laundry:
The washer and dryer are located in the entrance of the condo.

★Pool:
Residents and guests can enjoy the communal heated pool.

★Outdoor Space:
Open the sliding door to the patio with outdoor furniture and enjoy the view with the sunlight, peace and quiet.

★Parking:
You can park your car outside, there's a designated outdoor parking. (no carport)

★Amenities:
Enjoy a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities.
The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching.
Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee.

Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive.

★Additional Info:
This rental is subject to the approval of a Home Owners Association (HOA) which can take up to 3 weeks.
The HOA application fee (charged per guest or per married couple) is not included in the booking fee. The fee ranges from $53 to $96, depending on your application type. This amount is subject to change.

★Important Notes & Rules:
- No pets allowed per the HOA rules

- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running

I rarely write bad reviews. I do my research carefully and usually find nice rentals. Previous reviews of this rental did not reveal the problems. I will provide the details. Two major problems. Queen beds are 60” X 80”. The bed is smaller in both dimensions. Additionally, it transmits motion to a high degree. It is impossible to avoid one sleeper disturbing the other. Not suitable for two people. To their credit, the hosts provided additional bedding for the person sleeping on the couch, which is not a sleeper sofa nor does it have movable cushions to make space for the person sleeping there. Second major problem - the dank and musty smell. This is not normal for FL. I owned property in FL for 13 years. Proper maintenance and use of air conditioning prevents this problem. We found it necessary to keep the windows open nearly all the time. Minor problems: toaster and vacuum work poorly, bed linens and towels are old and worn. It is unusual for a Florida rental to not provide beach chairs. There is debris in the air vent to the living room causing a rattle that is disturbing to the living room sleeper. Compared to the many other places I have rented, this place has little in the way of supplies. BYO everything. Is there anything good? Washer, dryer, and dishwasher work well. The walk-in shower stall is nice. A good fry pan, which is unexpected in a rental. The small patio is quite nice and we ate most meals there so as to be in fresh air.
