Wonderful stay!

The place is really cozy and the Amy and her husband are really nice. I also enjoyed driving around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for a quick getaway

Everything was a smooth and easy process. The space offers everything you need and is very private and comfortable. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. Will stay again when in the area.

Spacious lower level suite

Host Amy was superb with her communication and it was easy to feel welcome at "The Landing." Close to Berry College so perfect for anyone attending events there!

We stayed overnight here while attending a wedding. The apartment was in a good neighborhood. It was comfortably furnished. We also appreciate the low cleaning fee. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Perfect home base for my wife and I on our weekend away!

Very clean and cozy in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Property Manager. Highly recommend this property if you're staying in the Rome / Floyd Co., GA area.

Convenient to Berry

Very easy check in, convenient to Berry College, communication with Amy was great, and the space was just what we needed. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen, but that would be so convenient!

Perfect place to stay

When we came in it was so clean and inviting. I feel like the hosts think of everything. Power strips, toys for kids, extra blanks, towels, grooming needs, and a full kitchen. We felt instantly comfortable. We will be staying here again for sure!

Comfy, clean downstairs apt

Adorable and clean! Perfect for two, but was still a great accommodation for three. The owner has a creative privacy blind between the well appointed living room (where sleeper sofa is) and the bedroom (where the adult bed is). Outdoors are spacious enough to feel private, the bathroom was SO well stocked with toiletries and towels, and there are games available. Owners checked on us to be sure we were enjoying our stay. We did!

I have lived in Rome for over 27 years. My husband and I love this great town!! The downtown area is a wonderful place to spend the day walking Broad Street, visiting the local shops and grabbing a bite to eat. There is plenty to do (hiking, kayaking, tennis) in Rome - if you need any suggestions we will be glad to help.

Our home is located on the first and second floor. The apartment is on the basement floor.
