Rymlig 3 våningar hem bara 2 kvarter från stranden och 10 minuters promenad till torget. Charmig mexikansk inredning, härlig privat pool och trädgård. Den första våningen är ett rymligt öppet stort rum med ett stort v��lutrustat kök, matplats för 8, vardagsrum med plattskärms-TV / DVD, gratis Wi-Fi och massor av bekvämligheter. Det finns en telefon för lokala samtal endast. Den tredje våningen är en master svit med stora skjutdörrar ut till balkonger på båda sidor och låter i en härlig kryssbris. Det har också en stor duschkabin i privatbadet. Den andra våningen har 3 sovrum, ett med privat badrum och två sovrum delar badrum.

Den avskilda trädgården och poolområdet i ryggen är den perfekta avkopplande, samlingsplatsen. Ett stort bord med 5 stolar och 3 solstolar för din komfort. Great Getaway!

The roof top terrace was a great place to spend the evening as it had a nice cool breeze. Everything was as advertised.Beautiful home with all that you could want.The pool was great to enjoy after a day at the beach.The lovely beach was a few minutes walk away.The bikes were handy to have.The beds were comfortable.We were close to everything.

The layout was perfect for our multi-generational (ages 1 1/2 - 79) family vacation. Lots of space for everyone. The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our trips to the beach plus Tulum, Coba, a couple Cenotes, and Playa del Carmen. All our meals were delicious and the restaurants provided and wide array of cuisines. Puerto Morelos is great vacation spot to relax, enjoy the weather and not need a car.

Fabulous house, above & beyond rental company

Beautiful home and outdoor patio/pool with plenty of space for extended family. Grandparents thoroughly enjoyed the third floor where they could escape the noise and chaos of our young children. Perfect location - less than 5 minute stroll to the beach, 1/2 mile to the town square - close enough to walk anywhere you want to be, but far enough from the noise and bustle of the town. Puerto Morelos is a fabulous place to visit if you're traveling with young children! Abby del Sol rental company is truly the best - so helpful and prompt with questions, coordinating taxis, recommendations for restaurants and activities. You may want to pack an eye mask as some of the rooms have thin curtains and the lights around the house at night are bright. Beds are quite comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. Couldn't imagine any place better.

The perfect property!

We were excited about staying at Abbey del Sol from the moment we booked it, and when we arrived, it was even more charming than the online listing. Spotlessly clean, the AC worked well (we needed it!), with a beautiful pool, large bedrooms, relaxing gathering areas and plenty of bathrooms. We traveled to Puerto Morales for a family member's wedding. Our group was three generations: my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandsons ages 11 & 13. The boys (young & older) spent hours in the pool, and when we weren't exploring the cute shops and local restaurants (all within a few minutes walk), they were at the beach, only 2 blocks away. The rooftop patio had a beautiful view of the neigborhood and the water, and lots of balconies on each level to enjoy the out of doors. The management was very responsive and booked airport transportation for us and to several other venues. Be assured, if you book this property, you will not be disappointed!

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After 8 days stay at Holbox Island, we arrived Puerto Morelos and met the Abby del Sol staff. After a warm welcome, we went to the house with Jin. Casa Mulder met our exepectations. We found it well equipped and no problem occured during our stay. Convenient located near the beach and just an easy walk to the center. Abby del Sol staff helped us a lot during our 8 days stay regarding booking of the 8-hours fishing tour with Capt. Carmen, snorkling with Capt. Crispy Bacon and Berta, and the daytrip, (van droven by Hector) to Tulumm Maya site and swimming in Tortuga Cenote. Would like to come back, but it's a long flight from Norway.

It was very quiet, friendly and easy to get around. We were very please with the management company's assistance with arranging transportation when we went site seeing. Love Casa Mulder

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years we have rented many vacation homes, but the Abbey del Sol group and Casa Mulder far exceeded our expectations. As three couples that largely prepare meals at home, this was the best stocked kitchen ever.Even the utility had shelves with ovenware and small appliances. For those that do not cook, there so many other special touches.....master bdm coffee station, beach totes with your towels, all the paper products and personal care items were included and refreshed after the first week. And the house itself was wonderfully laid out for both family time and personal reading space. We also spent a lot of time around the pool. The only negative we had was the living room sofa was broken down and almost unusable. Based on how the home is cared for, I’m sure that will soon be replaced.

Reviewer Comments: Casa Mulder is an absolutely wonderful house, decorated with so much taste everywhere, very clean and with many spaces where to hang out (by the pool, TV room, living room, etc.) The master bedroom takes up a whole floor, fantastic. Abbey del Sol has excellent customer service, very responsive to any special needs. The town's restaurants offer superior quality food, often 4-5 stars at a very reasonable price. The only drawback was the large amount of seaweed (sargassum) by the shore, much more in 2023 than in previous years.
