Welcome to The Rock House - a secluded oasis devoted to wellness and tranquility just outside the vibrant city of Austin, Texas. Situated in a quaint neighborhood in Round Rock, this stylish 1973 mid-century home offers a perfect blend of access and escape with significant attractions just a short drive away:

The spacious and open-concept interior provides a peaceful sanctuary with 3 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom features a king-sized bed and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and vanity area. The second bedroom, appropriately named Mi Amor because of its vibrant soft shades of red, has a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and ample storage. The third bedroom’s inspired decor boasts colors that are calm and cool and comes with two twin-sized beds with a walk-in closet and plenty of storage space.

The living room, separate dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen are ideal for entertaining groups. Step outside to the patio oasis, complete with a wood Cedar deck surrounded by lush greenery, stone walls, outdoor lounge seating, a stucco fireplace, and a bubbling hot tub with space for 7.

Every detail of the home is carefully designed to inspire joy and togetherness. Founder Stephanie of TheGardenessTx devotes her heart's work to creating tranquil spaces that cultivate wellness. Her bohemian decor features plush linens, robes, premium mattress toppers, and more to optimize comfort.

The Rock House is also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry companions along to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. This oasis getaway welcomes pets and accommodates pet owners so the whole family can enjoy a relaxing escape.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This is a smart home, so cameras are on the house's exterior. The exterior cameras are visible to guests.

No PARTIES OUTSIDE OF GROUP -- The guest must get prior approval from the host to have a guest on the premises outside of the group. The host reserves the right to contact the guest before check-in if there are indicators that the guest is planning a party on the premises. The guest will be given 48 hours to respond to the host's request for a phone call to discuss the reservation. If the guest fails to communicate within that time frame, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a 100% refund due back to the guest. If a guest does throw a party on the premises during their stay without approval, all guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund, and additional fees might be added.

No smoking or vaping inside the home -- If this is discovered, all guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund. Property damage could also result in additional penalty fees.

Vaping and smoking are allowed on the front porch or the side of the house. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE CEDAR DECK. Vaping is ok.
No illegal drugs -- Guests will be asked to vacate immediately if an incident is reported, without a refund. If a guest(s) violates this rule, a penalty fine will be imposed between $100-$250.

Keeping the Peace -- Please keep noise minimum from 12 am -7 am outside.

The neighborhood: The Rock House is nestled in a quiet area and was created for those seeking a refreshing and relaxing getaway. In honor of our vision and to guarantee our guests have the best experience, up to eight people only will be allowed to stay overnight at the house. Day guests are welcome but please, at most, eight additional people. If this request is not adhered to, there will be an additional charge of $250 per extra guest.
