Gå till foajén med staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Genom foajén och till höger finns ett badrum och sträcka framåt, ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. Till vänster, i mitten av lägenheten, är det rymliga, öppna konceptet, vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Vardagsrummet erbjuder en 52 "plattskärms-TV och vedeldad spis. Matsalen har plats för sex med ytterligare två platser på köksbänken. Däcket, med utsikt över floden, är åtkomlig från vardagsrummet. På andra sidan av vardagsrummet finns sovrummet svit med king size-säng, liten tv och full, bifogad bad.

Under sommarsäsongen se till att ta ett dopp i den närliggande gammaldags floden simning hål eller tillbringa tid på en av de två utomhuspooler. Tennisbanor finns också tillgängliga under sommarmånaderna.

Winter getaway

We enjoyed a nice, quiet stay with plenty of space for the 4 of us. It was a great location to visit Ice Castles and have dinner in an “igloo” at the Woodstock Brewery Inn.

Stayed here a couple night with some friends. Very easy to access property and when something was wrong they were quick to answer! Very cute and clean.

Home away from home

Lovely condo overlooking the river was a nice home away from home to spend time with our grandchildren enjoying local attractions. Beds were comfortable, condo was much more spacious and homey than what the pictures show. The reservation desk reached out to us to make sure we were aware there was no air conditioning available, which we were fine with. However, upon arrival there were 2 new portable air conditioning units in the condo. What a wonderful surprise and so considerate!! I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented both short term and seasonally in Lincoln for the past 13 years, staying in many of the different condo villages. Riverfront was built in the mid 1980's and it's fair to say that building #34/unit 12 has not been touched since, spare the floor tile in the bathrooms. Both the carpeting and the rickety reclining sofas smelled of mildew. The tables/mantels/shelving through out was dusty, the linens sparse and scratchy, and the 4 postage stamp sized towels provided in the bathrooms were thread bare. By far the WORST part of the weekend were the 3 sleepless nights on the master bed mattress. It was disgusting. Lumpy, sagging, old and hideously uncomfortable. My husband and I had lower back and neck pain for 2 days following the weekend. We have no doubt that the mattress is original to the condo(nearly 40 years old) which is entirely UNACCEPTBLE. The pillows weren't in any better shape either. Loon Reservation Service should be embarrassed to put their management stamp on this property. It should not be rented until basic updates are made, period.

Memory tour

Good location, clean condo, could use new beds

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, warm and homey. Nice view of the river. Master bed is comfortable but pillows were hard. We took the pillows from the twin beds. Much better. Shower pressure and hot water were great. Main TV was difficult to use. Master bedroom TV did not work. No wine glasses! We did not cook or eat there so cannot comment on dishes, silverware or cookware. Freezer door has a weird wire on it which can stick out and hurt you so be careful. We did not use the main bathroom or 2nd bedroom.

Great area in the mountains

The big wall clock needs a battery and in the master bedroom the ceiling fan needs to be repaired. The view to the river was amazing as was the sound of the water especially at night, very soothing.

Condo needed supplies and could have been cleaner.

Only few clothes hangers in master bedroom ( ?6). Extra blankets/pillows on floor in closets. Kitchen was not stocked with any aluminum foil/Saran Wrap etc. which have always been supplied in previous rentals.

We would stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had great views and was very clean. There were some small issues: the light in the entry when you walk in doesn't work, the stove light doesn't work, the blinds need replacing in the second bedroom, the master toilet runs constantly due to needing a float and flapper replacement but since I told the office about these they probably will be fixed promptly. The biggest issue was that the outside lights over the stairs shut off at 6:20 in the morning and the 3 flights of stairs are hard to see in the dark. The people on the second floor actually had one of their party fall down the stairs on Sunday morning. The other buildings in this complex still had their outside lights on so I don't know why they can't leave them on in this section until dawn at least. Some of us like to be out early for breakfast!

Convenient condo on river. The place has everything you would expect. Just one comment though, the washer & dryer combo doesn’t spin clothes properly and the dryer is a joke, takes 3 cycles to dry

Not pleased due to early morning roof work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not great waking up to a work crew yelling outside at 7am on a Saturday and Sunday morning. The roof was apparently being replaced on the building during our weekend stay, which was never mentioned to us ahead of time. By 8am we had ropes dangling outside of our windows and balcony, workers yelling and stomping on our roof and throwing debris down on the ground, which made running to our vehicle unsafe. We were also forced to park at the building next to ours. The condo itself had a stale smell, had 2 half rolls of toilet paper. We were unable to stay at the condo and enjoy ourselves, luckily Loon has much more to offer.

Never. Again.

We have rented both short and long term in Lincoln NH for the past 13 years in many of the different condo complexes. This rental was sub-par to say the least, and by far the worst one we have ever stayed in. Riverfront was built in the mid 80's and we're confident the carpeting is original to the building. A faint smell of mildew permeated not only the carpet, but the reclining(rickety) sofas as well. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, the linens scratchy, 4 postage stamp-sized thread bare towels, and absolutely nothing in the cupboards beside a salt and pepper shaker, also circa 1986. But the main reason we are writing this review is the master bedroom mattress. We have seen nicer mattresses tossed on the side of the road. There is zero doubt that this too is original to the condo. Not only was it disgusting, sagging, and lumpy, we were both wide awake all 3 nights with back, neck and hip pain. How difficult is it to go to mattress discounter and buy a new mattress?! A 40 year old mattress in a VRBO rental property is UNACCEPTABLE. Loon Reservation Service should be ashamed of themselves for putting their property management stamp on this condo.
