This newly remodeled house has amenities that you will love! Boot dryers, helmet pegs, and a large coat rack for all your gear are just the beginning.
The large (lighted) bar and living room with an oversized, comfy couch, offer plenty of room for winding down or socializing after a day out in nature.
It has a full kitchen with a full sized stove and refrigerator, with pots, pans, plates, cups/mugs, silverware, microwave, coffeemaker, crock-pot, toaster - everything you need to prepare a proper meal at home before or after your daily excursions.
Free WiFi and a Roku TV are also available for those that appreciate being connected to the outside world.
And don't forget! We have plenty of off-road parking for your trucks and trailers.

Fantastic place for 8 guys on a snowmobile weekend

This place was fantastic for our annual snowmobile trip to the UP. Perfect setup and location.

Great place,,plenty of room. The only thing that needs to be looked at is the water pressure. Showers werent very good.

Snowmobiling base camp!

Jen was a great host to work with and the house was a perfect base camp to explore all that western and northern michigan has to offer. Parking is more than ample which made trailer and sled parking a breeze. I cant reccomend this property enough. We will definitely be back next season!

Nice house for our stay

The house was freshly remodeled and very nice. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds that we have slept in, in a rental. The front entry was very handy to hang coats and helmets. There was plenty of parking for a few pickups and trailers. Oveall we were happy with the stay and Jennifer was good to deal with. We will definately have this place on our list of places to stay on future trips.

Tim and Jen and Chuck and Jen are a couple of friends from Wisconsin that LOVE playing in the UP - year around! Tim and Jen moved to Kenton, MI (about 1/2 an hour away from the property) in 2020, and Chuck and Jen are in the area almost every weekend.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We all wanted to offer a property that we would LOVE to stay in when we come up here to play. Easy access to trails, bars, a gas station, and a new café - and right in the middle of the lake effect snow belt, makes this the perfect "home base" location! But the large living room, bar area, multiple bedrooms, and the large off-road trailer parking, makes this newly renovated property perfect for the larger groups wanting to play in the area.
