Enjoy spectacular water and golf views from the large screened porch, primary bedroom and great room of this recently renovated townhome in Grand Harborâs St. Davidâs Island. This two story townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, an open floor plan with a loft with TV, indoor laundry, a one car garage, a large screened porch with a fire table and grill and is located across from the pool. All of this with the security of a guard gated community and only 10 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Vero Beach.
Nestled among picturesque landscape of mature oaks, pristine wetland and water views Grand Harbor is located on the western banks of the Indian River/Intracoastal Waterway and is a certified Audubon International Sanctuary with miles of sidewalks to enjoy the wildlife and views. Take a walk around the Marina and watch the dolphins and manatee play or just sit at the fire table enjoying a glass of wine while you take in the views of the water and golf course. Whether relaxing or walking you might spot a White Pelican, Bald Eagle, Sand Crane, Spoonbill or one of the many other birds who call Grand Harbor.
