Located at the Caribbean Beach Resort and Villas, our sparkling clean condo provides everything necessary for an amazing experience at the beach. Walk right on the beach and only 1 mile to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, or unwind on the private oceanfront balcony. When it's time to eat, you can walk to a variety of nearby restaurants or just eat-in and use all the features of the sleek, fully stocked kitchen, which includes:

The code will expire at checkout, allowing for a worry-free stay. Please note that the owner's closet will remain locked. Other than that, feel at home and unwind. PARKING INFO
Unload comfortably in the 15-minute parking if available. In busier times, a nearby parking garage is accessible for unloading. Guests will receive a parking access code upon booking, ensuring smooth and hassle-free parking arrangements.

Venture beyond the beach with ease! Although walking on the beach is delightful, you'll also find convenience in nearby shopping options like Walmart, Publix, and various local shops, just a short drive away by car. Enjoy the best of both worlds – the tranquility of the beach and the convenience of accessible shopping spots within minutes!

Important Details to Keep in Mind:

Comfortable Evenings: Bring a light jacket for cool spring and fall nights, as the gentle breeze from the ocean can make it a bit chilly.

Local Events: Myrtle Beach is bustling with events, so be sure to check for exciting happenings before your arrival to make the most of your stay.

Smoke/Vape-Free Resort: We maintain a smoke and vape-free environment throughout the resort. Fines will apply for any additional cleaning required due to smoking.

Rental Agreement: The guest booking the stay must sign a Rental Agreement to confirm their acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Peaceful Hours: To ensure a restful atmosphere, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, allowing everyone to enjoy a peaceful stay.

We provide the convenience of early check-in from 12:00 pm for a nominal fee of $85. To ensure a guaranteed early check-in, guests are kindly requested to accept this alteration at least 24 hours before their scheduled stay.

Important:
To ensure a more convenient experience for you, we've replaced the damage deposit with an increased cleaning fee. This change provides coverage for any potential damages caused during your stay, up to a maximum of $3000. This adjustment aims to streamline the process and offer you greater peace of mind.
Due to owners' health history, we cannot accommodate any pets, including service animals. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, we have implemented an age verification and ID submission process for bookings.

We require guests with no reviews or limited positive reviews to verify their email address before we can approve their booking request.

After you've completed your booking, we kindly request that the primary guest (the person who made the booking) submits a copy of their government-issued photo ID for verification purposes.

We accept passports, driver's licenses, or any official government-issued photo ID that clearly displays the primary guest's date of birth.

The entire resort is smoke/vape free. Fines will be assessed for any deep cleaning required from guests smoking.

The HOA regulates the balconies and sometimes must do maintenance. We do our best to provide notice but don't always get notice ourselves. Guests must be accommodating to the maintenance crew when they need to access the unit or balcony.
