Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Do not book this place. I drove 750 miles with my family after receiving confirmation that we had a room only to find out that they had double booked us. We had no room. They didn't even offer to help us find a new location to stay. The owner never reached out to us and explained what happened or offer an apology. Avoid this place at all cost.

Great Location.....But.......

The location was amazing. The building is right on the water. Steps to the beach. Minutes to South beach and Downtown Miami. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The condo was large with lots of space.But...here are some issues:The condo has no heat. This usually isn't a problem in Miami, but the time we were there, temperatures dropped down to below 50 degrees. We had to buy heaters. The condo has a kitchen, but pots and pans were scarce. Had to buy some pots and pans. The building is older and run down. The condo was not the cleanest when we checked in. The pool is not heated and the ran out of beach towels often. They also had a rule about beach chairs. You were only allowed 2 per condo. Extra chairs cost 15. Why? We had 3 people in our condo. They should give you 1 chair per guest. In conclusion, the building could be a jewel in South Miami. The building seems to lack leadership. I really didn't see anyone in charge except Amy at the front desk. (She was amazing). They should try to work on the guest experience instead of controlling beach chairs and towels. Heat the pool, and stock the kitchens properly. Upgrade the furniture and clean the property properly. Would I stay again? Probably not. There are so many other properties in the area which seem to do a better job. Just my opinion.

"Affordable, but needs Updates"

We had mixed feelings about this rental after reading the reviews, but ultimately, we were seeking affordable lodging—and we certainly got that. The apartment itself is spacious, but it is in desperate need of updating. The carpets, especially in the bedrooms, were in poor condition—worn and stained, which made us hesitant to take off our shoes. The furniture, including the bathroom vanities and mirrors, showed significant signs of wear and tear. It wouldn’t take much for the owner to replace the carpet and refresh some of the furnishings to make the space more comfortable.On the positive side, the laundry room was conveniently located just down the hall. However, the elevators were slow, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time. The gym was terrible, old and broken equipment, no treadmill so we chose to drive to a private fitness facility nearby instead. As for the location, it’s a bit removed from the busy areas, which is great if you're looking for peace and quiet. However, it’s not particularly convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, or restaurants, so having a car was definitely a plus.In summary, if you're looking for an affordable place and don’t mind staying out of the action, this rental offers great value. However, if you’re looking for a more modern space or a location closer to South Beach amenities, you might want to consider other options.

First time in Miami Beach

We liked the location because it was away from the party area of south beach yet we could bike there. Everything closes super early including room service.. 4 pm. Pool bar is very limited and 20% gratuity is added automatically so there is no effort for good service. They don’t clean your apartment or bring clean towels. Beds were uncomfortable I think it’s time to change the mattress. The door to the matates bathroom did not close.

Le seacost est un condo-hôtel qui laisse à désirer

Tout d’abord, nous avion réserver une chambre avec vue partielle sur l’océan. En arrivant lors du check-in il nous a été offert une chambre avec vue sur le canal, en prétextant un supposé upgrade.Aussi la cuisine manquait n’avait pas de casseroles et d’ustensils. Nous avons dû acheter ses items et nous les avons laisser à l’hôtel pour les futurs clients, sans la moindre compensation.
