This home is beautiful and ready for your enjoyment. With a fun packed game-room on one side of the house, a cozy dining area, and spacious living room on the other side. Converse on the patio while watching your favorite sports or movie or relax by the pool!

30 minutes or less from 5 Spring Training fields, Desert Diamond Casino, major highways, Sky Harbor Airport and many golf courses!

The space
Master bedroom overlooks the pool and patio with a 65 inch TV with 3.1 surround sound. All popular streaming apps available.

Living Room has enough seating for the entire family to enjoy a movie on a 75inch TV with sound bar and bass. All popular streaming apps available.

Game room is made for fun! In one corner, is the original 2005 Golden Tee arcade golf game that supports 1-4 players. If you'd rather, play a game of darts or a game of pool. This multi-room has a clean and luxury "bar feel" having two TV's for showing both your favorite sports game or while watching, connect your own music app to play your favorite music on a 3.1 surround sound system.

The backyard has a "play" pool perfect for a great game of volleyball for friend or family! - Pool is not heated. Or, watch your favorite movie or sports event on the patio while enjoying the great Arizona weather!
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas with the exception of the garage. This will be locked as I use it for storing personal belongings.

The home is a 2,000 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 full bath. There is a king size bed in the master and queen size beds in the two bedrooms. Included are two queen size double air mattress to accommodate larger groups. All sheets and linens are provided.

recently stayed at Rob's vacation rental in Glendale, AZ booked through VRBO and I have to say, it was a great experience from start to finish. The property was even better than the pictures showed and every detail had been thought of to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location was great. Only 10-15 minute drive to all activities we wanted to do including spring training games at Camelback Ranch, Pop Stroke at Westgate, Tons of Food and Restaurants just a quick drive away. Rob, the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. Not to mention anything you needed was available in his Home. Plenty of Towels, kitchenware, toiletries, cleaning supplies, paper goods, spices, you name it it was there. The Highlight for us was the game room. Equipped with Big Screen, a Pool Table, Darts, and Best of all Golden Tee Arcade game. Our group had a blast playing and we were all super entertained.
