Fairplay is a beautiful mountain town with scenic mountain corridors, close to major highways and rivers, that has increasing tourism throughout the years. You're close to the world renown ski resort (Breckenridge) and have over 50 miles trout streams in Fairplay proper. It's the ideal place for nature, wildlife and sports enthusiasts!

Lake Vista Lodge is located at 11,000 ft and looks out towards a lake. It has unparalleled views all year round and it's the perfect mountain getaway. You're only a 35-40min drive to downtown Breckenridge, 15 min drive to downtown Fairplay or 15 min to Alma. Did you know that Fairplay is known as the official Trout Fishing Capital of Colorado? Anglers, be sure to bring your fishing gear, as you'll want to throw a line in more than 50 miles of Gold Medal trout streams! It's a fisher's dream in the summer, see the beautiful foliage changes in the fall and a winter wonderland in snow season. Really a place to enjoy all year round!
