This spacious one bedroom, two bath ground-floor condo is just steps away from one of four pools and a short walk through the beautiful grounds to the beach. Free parking a few steps away.

This condo has a California king bed in the air conditioned bedroom and a fold down queen Murphy bed in the living room with stand-alone air conditioner unit. Fully equipped kitchen with large counter space to prep and enjoy your meals.

Large, shady lanai is just steps away from one of the three quiet pools. Take a stroll through the grounds to the main pavilion, on Keawakapu Beach, features a kitchen, large dining/gathering area, BBQ grills, restrooms with showers and the large pool. Perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sunset views.

Condo stay

Lovely, and quiet setting. The place is surface clean and we felt needs a deep cleaning. Hinges coming off on outdoor cabinets. Toilets had a ring and hair in the drain. The towels, we had to fold when we got to the condo, had hair in them. The sheets for the Murphy bed were very thin and worn.

Clean & quiet

Do yourself a favor!

Do yourself a favor and stop your endless searching for place to stay on Maui and just book this place now. You will not be disappointed! The unit is fantastic and represented accurately in the listing, and the whole Wailea Ekahi Village is just wonderful. You have access to pools and an amazing beach is minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our vacation.

Great spot in Wailea

The condo and property were fantastic. Very easy to walk into Kihei and Wailea for meals. The owners were very conscientious and checked in on during our stay.

Very clean, great complex, and good communication

Ehukai is a great complex to stay in. While this unit is up on the hill, it is priced right and we would stay again. The owners were excellent at communicating the check-in, parking permits, and other details. We also liked that they included shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials. Mahalo for the lovely vacation!

Perfect Spot

Nice Location

This condo is in a great location for golf, restaurants, walking, going to the beach, just about everything. We found it easier & quicker to drive along the coastline through Kihei town. Prettier views and less traffic.

Property was as listed. Manager was proactive during check-in (he called me when we arrived). We liked the location, ground floor unit and proximity to a pool.

Great Location

Located in a great area, close to one of the best beaches on the island. Condo is a good size, needs a little updating. David was quick to respond when we needed a little help. Happy that this place was available last minute for my husband and I to deal with some family things on island. We would def stay again!

Great Location and perfect stay for our family

The condo description was very accurate and suited our family of three perfectly. It is quiet and very private. The location is fantastic, closer to Wailea than Kihei. The walk to the beach is pleasant, taking you through the condo's lawn, and you are within walking distance of the Wailea Beach Path, which provides access to various resorts and the Wailea Shops. The condo is well-furnished with beach gear, including an umbrella, a bodyboard, and snorkeling equipment. Grocery stores in Kihei are just a 10-minute drive away. This was our first time in Hawaii, and we loved both the island and our accommodation. The location is exceptional and very convenient.

Very good, loved kitchen, furniture in the living room and the bedroom. The only thing is slow fans in the living room., which do not bring cold air from the bedroom. I also would upgrade lanai furniture ( it is so heavy and outdated) and beach chairs. Overall we enjoyed our 21 days stay. We would defenitelycome back come

Ekahi Village

The Ekahi Village is a great place or families. Nice pools, great Pavilion area, beautiful beach and grounds. 43B is at the outer end of the property, a healthy 10 minute walk to the beach. It's also close to a couple of heavily used streets. The condo itself was fine but a little older and worn around the edges.. David was great

1 great week in Maui

We had a great time here. My husband and I were looking for a quiet spot to spend a low key week. At first we were worried about the property being close to the road with traffic noise but it wasn’t a problem. As mentioned in prior review, it is a good 10 minute walk to beach and clubhouse, up hill on the way back. Not ideal if there are small children or mobility Issues. We liked being on the edge. The neatest pool was steps from us and quiet. The walk to and from beach offered exercise in a beautiful setting. The apt was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We had a great time. Highly recommend this spot and I think we will definitely come back. Thanks Dave for being so helpful and welcoming!

Great location in kihei!

We spent one month at this first floor condo and really appreciated it. It is located in Wailea Ekahi village and you can access the beach in a few minutes walk. There is a nice community pavillion on the beach front with heated pool, kitchen amenities, tables and chairs. Mostly every night possible we were looking at the sunset from there with our cocktails! The condo has a nice comfortable king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, fridge with water and ice cubes dispenser. The water was very good. Wifi was very strong. Had a nice lanai with table and chairs. We had a couple of small problems in the condo on arrival that the host fastly had it fixed. Host was very helpfull with our needs and we recommend them. Mahalo!

Wailea is our favorite place on Maui. Wailea Ekahi Village has over 30 acres of beautiful landscape and four pools. We love the walk through the grounds to the main pool and beach. Keawakapu beach is great for swimming, snorkeling or taking a nice walk along the ocean.
