Detta fantastiska hem ligger 10 minuter från den västra ingången till Zion National Park och 30 minuter från St. George, Utah. Hemmet ligger i Virgin, Utah i en ny utveckling --- Sierra Bella Estates. Hemmet var med i Washington County 2010 Parade of Homes.

Utvecklingen gränsar till BLM-land, så det finns gott om stigar för mountainbike, vandring och ridning ATV bokstavligen i din trädgård. Mountainbike-spår i världsklass, som Gooseberry Mesa, ligger bara några minuter bort. Andra aktiviteter bara några minuter bort inkluderar över ett dussin golfbanor, Zion National Park, ridning, båtliv, fiske, bad, vattenskidor, vandring, mountainbike, snöskidåkning och utomhusteater. Fantastic house and pool

Fantastic and spacious house with an awesome pool and hot tub near Zion and other parks. We've spent a week here with family and friends, and all loved the place. The kids spent every morning and evening in the pool, and during the day we explored Zion, Bryce and other nearby parks. Great location, beautiful surroundings, spacious, neat and clean. Would definitely come again.

Perfect home for relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is beautiful and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were a relaxing change to all the busyness of traveling. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location!

This house offered privacy and amenities galore! So close to Zion but yet away from the crowds near the park. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the pool!

Wonderful visit

We wanted to stay in a VRBO during our visit to Zion, given the high temperatures. We had been camping in Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon. Our stay was very enjoyable and fit the needs of our family.

Love this place!

Love this house. Has a great pool and Jacuzzi. Beds are comfy and the place is clean. Close to Zion so we just had a great family weekend. Highly recommend this house well worth the money.

Great time exploring the parks

We live in Northern Utah. My husband is from Idaho, and I was born in Kanab, Utah, but lived in SLC and South Carolina.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had this built for a Parade of Homes. We owned and developed the 50 acre subdivision. This is the only home inn the front is the community, and is so very quiet.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love this home because we designed and had it built. We love the pool with the large hot tub, the fire log by the pool, etc. WE love where the home is located because you can see the stars on a clear night. There are currently no street lights in this little town.
