This large Spanish home boasts three separate living rooms and a spacious kitchen perfect for entertaining. It has 6 palatial bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A truly amazing experience

This home was such a joy to stay in. We were staying for my birthday and we had the BEST time. The house was fun and clean and overall awesome. It slept all 13 of us. I’d most definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

An unforgettable stay

We loved staying at Sea La Vie. To say it was spacious, would be an understatement. Even with a large group it doesn’t feel crowded. The kitchen is well stocked and everything one would need for the beach was provided. The location couldn’t be better and Alyson was a great host and communicator. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Gem

The eclectic style of this home was really fun and inviting. The home seemed bigger than what we thought it would be. Plenty of room for everyone. The home was very clean. The pool and pool area was also very comfortable. We will definitely book again!

This is a large home that gave everyone space. Kids had fun in the pool. Location to gorgeous beaches is just a short drive away. Host and hostess are very friendly and helpful. My grandkids had fun playing with the host family’s kids.

Family Vacation

Dave and Aly’s property was a great place for our large family. We loved the pool, the large number of beds and baths fit our family, and we loved the common areas where there was always multiple chess and pool games going on. It was conveniently close to a lot of attractions. We spent most of our days enjoying the clear waters and beaches of Anna Maria island and the nights playing games at the house. Dave and Aly were very responsive and helpful hosts from the time we booked to the day we left. Thank you for a great week of making memories!

Friends Getaway!

Our stay was beyond amazing! The pictures didn’t do it justice on how large the house actually was. We loved playing pool, swimming and the quick drives to the beach. There were so many places to hangout within the house and large open rooms to gather as a large group. The kitchen was filled with everything you would need which made are group dinners so easy. If we could go back next week we would! I can’t say enough about how amazing this house was and the host was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall AMAZING!!

Family Get-Away

Our family had a wonderful stay here in this very spacious home! We had plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owners were very responsive and answered our communication quickly. The pool was large and the water warm. Location is everything here…. we loved being so close to Anna Maria Island and Sarasota and Bradenton Riverwalk. We loved Robinson Reserve and all the beaches. We had a fantastic time and hate to see our vacation in this beautiful area come to a close!

The house is very eclectic and big. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the home and its spaciousness. The owners were always very responsive to our questions. 90th Birthday Bash

In celebration of our father/grandfather's 90th birthday, our families rented Sea La Vie for the weekend. It was fabulous! The house was clean and spacious with lots of "hang out" space for meals, games, and (of course) cake! The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery. And the screened-in pool was a great treat after super hot days. Importantly, Alyson and Dave were friendly and super helpful! Thanks to you both!

The drive to the home is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by scenic views of the Intracoastal waters and stunning neighboring homes. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a large circular driveway and a charming gated entry with a Spanish-style flair. There’s even a lovely garden area where you can sit and relax.Step through the double doors into the grand foyer, and you’ll be amazed by the spaciousness and breathtaking views — the exterior simply doesn’t capture the true size and elegance of this home. Inside, you’ll find six roomy bedrooms, a cozy family room, a game room with a pool table, two dining areas, and a large inviting pool.I can’t wait to stay here again — you’ll absolutely love it!

It was the perfect house to host our large family…we lounged by the pool and laughed with family! So many memories made during this family trip! The house exceeded our expectation! Definitely will come back! Loved the house, the area…only downfall was the traffic! But still worth it just allow a lot of extra time!

Great Spring Training / Beach Trip for a Guys Weekend

We stayed here for our annual Spring Training Boys Trip and had a great time. Was perfect for watching March Madness, poker games, KanJam, beach trips, and easy commutes to Spring Training Baseball games. The house is divided up nicely such that it basically affords for 3 different areas of the house that each have their own bathroom. Each person on the trip had their own room and shared a bathroom with one other person who was staying in the same part of the house. The house is REALLY spacious and there is plenty of room to congregate or break off into smaller group/personal space. We found everything we needed there including plenty of towels, beach chairs (which we did not use), everything needed to cook meals, 2 grills, and even poker chips! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a spacious place to get away with a larger family or a group of friends!

Excellent property for large groups!

This property was outstanding for the large group we had (8 adult males). We were searching all over for a property that would accept large groups and be able to accommodate everyone’s sleeping arrangements. From the beginning, the host was very helpful with the check in process and allowed us to come a few hours early. The house was clean and very well kept. This place is huge! While gathering in the main area and outside, it was almost impossible to hear the commotion when trying to sleep while others were awake having fun. The upstairs is a great addition and honestly was not used nearly enough during our trip. When booking the property we were excited about the pool table but the table is in rough shape. The table is not level and made it impossible to play. The pool was our favorite part and where we spent most of our time! It was heated prior to our arrival and bearable even with the cooler Florida weather. If you are going to book this property make sure to have transportation as it’s a bit far to walk to the highly populated areas for drinks, restaurants, etc. Overall this stay was excellent and we had an absolute blast at this property. The host was super nice and available for any questions we had. Highly recommend booking this beautiful property as it’s very unique and only a short drive to the beach!
