This charming, cozy home has plenty of space to relax! Conveniently located in the heart of North Augusta, 10 minutes from the Masters, off Exit 1 with less traffic to navigate. TOTALLY RENOVATED home situated on an oversized lot with a beautiful deck view and direct access to the Greenway Trail. Enjoy grilling and watching TV on the spacious deck with comfortable patio furniture!
This home has four spacious bedrooms(one king, two queens, and a full size) which ALL bedrooms include flat screen TVs. The masters suite located on main level with a walk in closet and a full bathroom that has a garden tub. Cozy up to the fireplace while watching the Masters on a 55 inch flatscreen TV located in the living room. Upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms which one features a mini fridge, coffeemaker and microwave to accommodate multiple guests. Extra touches include brand new washer/dryer for your convenience. New mattresses with soft bedding, extra blankets and blackout curtains have been added to bedrooms to ensure a good nights sleep.

This lovely home is located in a highly desired neighborhood that has a small town feel but is just minutes from restaurants and shopping! Backyard has privacy fence which has access to the Greenway Trail which is a 7 mile paved trail great for a relaxing walk, run or bicycle ride!
