The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Our neighborhood is very walkable. Our home is located on tree lined streets of Fairway Kansas—one of the most charming neighborhoods in metropolitan Kansas City.

Getting Around:
This property offers parking in our driveway. The neighborhood is walkable. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Great stay!

House was perfect for our family of 5. We were in town from North Carolina for a big softball tournament that our daughter was in. Stayed here 4 nights. House was clean and exactly like the pictures. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here if in the area again. Thanks!

Friends Weekend Trip

I booked this VRBO for a friends trip in the month of March. Directions for entry were super straightforward and upon entering the unit everything was spotless. The kitchen has all new, up to date appliances and the living room has a spacious couch to hang out on. Both beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was the perfect house for what we needed. Will definitely make this my first go to for friends visiting in the future!

NFL Playoff Weekend

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was exactly as described. It is a very nice home, very well appointed with plenty of room! We were very comfortable! We were thrilled to find it had a garage for our car since it was bitterly cold and we were worried about our car battery. The location is great. We had no problems getting to the stadium and to restaurants downtown. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being great hosts!!

Week in KC to Visit Relatives

This is a lovely property and it was perfect for our family of three. It’s in a fantastic location and it was very quite and we felt very safe. The house is really clean and very nicely appointed. Amenities were great. It has all the features one would expect in fully furnished home. It was super clean and everything was easy to use and accessible. We’re all tea and coffee buffs so we enjoyed the kettle, coffee pot and cold drip. The entire place was cozy and charming. We were there for five nights and washed clothes - it was all very easy. We extended one night and the manager was incredibly kind, helpful and great to work with. Anytime we’re in KC we will definitely stay here or at one of their properties. I can’t say enough about this place and the management. Perfect stay!
