Excellent house with all the comforts you need to have a great vacation. The kitchen of the house is equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The pool can be heated to whatever temperature you desire as it has an excellent new electric heater at no extra cost. For those interested in taking advantage of the beach, the house is located in the Cape Coral area close to the best beaches in South Florida (Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island). If you're in the mood for a barbeque enjoy a meal next to the pool. We welcome pets, so you don't have to worry about leaving a part of your family out on vacation. Our home is also smoke-free, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all guests. Located in a prime tourist area, our home is just a short drive away from some of the best attractions and activities in the area. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the beach, go fishing or boating, play golf, or explore the local restaurants and shops, you'll find something to suit your tastes. We look forward to hosting you and making your vacation unforgettable in this completely fenced house.

We had an excellent experience! The house was beautiful and extremely well appointed. Pool was gorgeous! Very comfortable outdoor furniture and indoor furniture as well. Luis, the host host was outstanding!

Enjoyed our stay

The owners are EXCELLENT with communication. Any time we had any issues they were there immediately trying to fix them. We had a few small issues but nothing serious. Beds were comfy, kids loved the pool and the location was great for us.

Paradise in Cape Coral!

I can't emphasize enough how beautiful this house is. Our stay here was amazing! From the rooms, the layout of the house and the beautiful backyard/pool. Everything was perfect! Also, the owner was very quick to respond and provided the easiest checkout process I've experienced. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Fabulous!

The host is very responsive and nice. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was awesome and even enjoyed on those cooler evenings as it is heated.. The house has everything you will need, just pack your suitcase and bring your groceries. We truely enjoyed our stay.
