Good location, nice house

It was a great stay! Good location and spot for families. The bedrooms are kind of odd with sharing rooms.

We had a great vacation however very disappointed we couldn't swim there. Also if you need something bring it with you. Very hot even with the portable air conditioning.

Great location for groups

Perfect location and house for groups. Ample parking, large yard, and direct access to the lake. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Family Trip

House was great location for boating and adventuring. Sleeps 11 comfortably. Fun location for young children for fishing and enjoying the beach at the house.

Friends getaway

The house was beautiful, the beach was awesome to sit on and enjoy. The dock was super convenient to dock my boat. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Great Beach

Perfect private beach. Sleeping was a little odd. Lots of bed sharing to accommodate the 14 people we had.

Family vacation

The location was fantastic for our 4 kids under 3. The beach was so relaxing and perfect to wade into the lake. The house worked but I will say it did not have much in it. Be sure to pack everything you think you need(including an air conditioner which we needed for our surprisingly hot week in July).

Family trip

This house was beautiful and in a great location. You can’t beat the yard with access to your own private beach that was perfect for the kids to play on and swim. The boat dock was also a plus. Eric was very easy to communicate with and readily available if we needed anything. The house sleeps 11 comfortably like previously stated in another review. The bed under the bunk beds is a twin and the two rooms with single beds were a full sized mattress. Overall it was a great trip and we would definitely stay there again!

Nice location to stay with little kids. Sandy beach with a gradual entry to the water. Only drawback was the geese that liked to hang out and do their business on the beach. But the rental had the rakes available so you could rake it up.Upstairs master bedroom with a king bed and an alcove with a queen bed. Main floor with a small queen, downstairs with a small bedroom with small queen. Then the bunk/family room with additional sleeping options.

We had a great time during our stay at Sebago. The house is nice with a great deck and beautiful stone patio. Out front there is a dock and a beautiful sandy beach. Communication from the host was excellent and check in was easy. The interior of the house has lots of nice features like a large Livingroom/Kitchen, and a great master suite. However, the house had some small quirks/issues that should be addressed. The house has window A/C units, but if you wanted to open the windows to enjoy a breeze off the lake it was not possible. The way the windows are oriented there is no way to get a cross breeze and half of them are missing screens. Then there were the minor things that were broken. We messaged the property manager with these issues and he got back to us immediately. Thankfully, most of these should be easy fixes that can be corrected for the next renters.
