The main patio can be accessed from the main bedroom or living room and has four chairs and a table overlooking the pool and court amenities.

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed complete with a new mattress to help you sleep well while vacationing. Enjoy a movie, favorite TV show or sporting event while relaxing in bed. Edgewater is a gated community offering 24/7 security guards, 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), a kids splash pad, 4 hot tubs, an Executive Par 3 golf course, a fitness center, spa, court facilities including tennis and pickleball, shuffleboard and basketball. While the Club Pro Shop has everything you may need for equipment, please note that golf, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard will require additional fees by the day or week.
