Detta Àr ett fantastiskt sommarhem och ett perfekt hus för vintermÄnaderna. Ligger vid sjön vid Hwy 95 Àr det nÀra staden och nÀra vattnet / start rampen. Enormt 5-bils djupt luftkonditionerat garage, R. V. parkering till sidan och baksidan av fastigheten med FULL anslutningar. Huset Àr ett hörnparti som Àr 13 000 kvm. Huset Àr 1700 kvm och Àr fullastat med allt du behöver.

Huset har ett stort kök fullt utrustat med alla bekvÀmligheter, kakelgolv, Corian bÀnkskivor. Det finns en takterrass med utsikt över sjön och de omgivande omrÄdena. Poolen Àr en oÀndlighetskant och kan vÀrmas upp.


BekvÀmligheter: Detta hus har alla bekvÀmligheter som du Àr van vid att ha hemma. Huset har t. v./ dvd instÀlld i varje rum. IPOD-dockningsstation surroundljud och högtalare i hela huset. The property was very well kept, clean and comfortable. Chris was easy to contact and always replies to my queries promptly. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was close to Lake Havasu also. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This stay was INCREDIBLE. I've never stayed at such a well equipped rental. The place was immaculate. Truly. Everything about the house, the location, the host....spectacular. Adults and kids had the best time. The layout was SO cool. Dont miss this one!

Lake Havasu family getaway

Great location plenty of room, all the utensils needed to cook or grill, amazing views. We were also able to park our boat on the side of the house with enough room to be out of the Main Street. Pool was refreshing after a long day out at the lake and quick communication when any questions arose.

Property was nice. Could use little touch ups, burnt out bulbs, etc. Reasonable cost to heat small pool. Nice umbrella you can mount at one end of pool. Great music system with non for controlling speakers in many areas. Would be nice if switches were labeled. There is a lot of them. Worth the stay!

Wonderful relaxing stay, quiet area and close to everything

we had a wonderful stay at this home, this is in fact our 2nd time staying here and have enjoyed both our visits. Ease of everything from checking in, communication, cleanliness and check out process. Great space to unwind, enjoy your family and or friends, the pool and outdoor space is very relaxing. We had fun with the gaming tables in the garage, would recommend!

Absolutely fabulous

House is very well appointed with the comfiest beds! Great location and beautiful views. Pool is gorgeous. Hosts are so nice and helpful and very easy to get a hold of to answer questions. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Had the best time

We went to Lake Havasu so our son could checkout the fishing. His boat fit in the garage which was great so you didn't have to unload every night. The home is beautiful, open, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if in the area and is available. The owners are very nice and available.

Great Place

Our 2nd stay at this property, and we would return. It’s everything described, and no negatives. Know that the 4th bedroom (queen) & bath are off the garage (inside), but that makes for quiet separation.
