Ideal for a single or a couple, this property is located in an upscale, quiet and secure neighborhood, with scenic views of the Caroni Plains.
This secure space is at an executive residence which offers comfortable shared areas. It is also close (10 mins walk) to public transport, with FREE parking for 1 car.
Located 20 mins from the airport or the city, we are 10 mins drive from upscale centers & nightlife.
Check in as a guest; leave as a family friend!
The space
The property is purposely well-ventilated with calming tropical breezes flowing throughout the common and private areas.
The suite is equipped with a remote-controlled dimmable ceiling fan, smart TV, and pedestal fan, should additional ventilation be required by our guest(s).
In-room Coffee station available.
Guest access
Guests can access all the general areas (living, dining, kitchen, home-gym, and Terrace).
Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 guests' cars.
Property access remotes and codes are available at check in.
Other things to note
Airport shuttle, to and from the Piarco Airport, to the premises, can be arranged, as well as various tours and visits to historical sites on the island.
Ride share or car rentals can be arranged upon request.
Laundry services are available for a fee.
