This recently remodeled Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 7th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 7th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and separate bunk area and bedroom make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

Needs seriously updated

Shower curtain liner had soap scum on it from previous renter, ceiling fan and around vents was so dusty,hole in cupboard floor in kitchen, side and freezer part of refrigerator was rusty,musty smell as soon as we entered,kitchen cupboards had to be wiped down , sleeps 5 but only had 2 chairs on balcony. Got in touch with management right away but never got a response

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this area of the beach! Love Jim at the Tiki Bar! The rooms are very dated but we had everything we needed. The elevators are the worst thing about staying here.

Reviewer Comments: The room had a bad smell, ceiling fans where dirty and the one in the bedroom u couldn’t turn the light on or off unless at the switch was missing the cord, the shower curtain had MOLD on it!! The kitchen light took 10 min to come on after flashing THE TRIP OVERALL WAS AMAZING BUT THE ROOM COULD OF BEEN CLEANER when told someone at the desk about the mold they told me nothing could b done have to contact the person who rents out the condo

My pcb stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was ok. Floors were not clean. Cabinetry was motel 6 standard at best. There was no hot water the 1st day, maintenance fixed that issue right away which was good probably reset breaker.

Beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good experience. But we did not like that the pools and hot tub closed at 7:30. That was way too early.

Not happy

3 out of the 4 days we had to deal with Summit’s maintenance. They are rude and disrespectful. We found our room wide open for anyone to enter with no one in the room twice. They shut our water off and did not even notify us. It became a very stressful stay and we were supposed to be on vacation to relax.
