Amazing mountain views! Dine on the private patio with fire pit and gas grill while watching a beautiful sunset over Pikes Peak. This 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation rental is perfect for your Colorado Springs vacation. It has amazing views of Pikes Peak and the whole front range of the Rocky Mountains! It's within a short distance from the Pikes Peak Highway, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, & the U.S. Air Force Academy. It's just minutes from Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and downtown Colorado Springs.

This unit is a 531 square foot, 1-bedroom suite attached to a single-family home. Watch the 70" TV from the king size bed in the single bedroom or the 50" TV from the full sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax after your adventure with a modern walk-in tile shower.

Enjoy the views of Pikes Peak and the entire front range while dining, watching movies, or playing games at the large dining room table. Or enjoy the private patio with amazing mountain views, a gas grill, patio set, and fire pit.

Take advantage of all of the nearby restaurants, order in, or cook up a delicious meal in the brand-new kitchen which has a convection/microwave oven, full size fridge, icemaker, dishwasher, and single portable burner.

Although this guest suite is attached to the main residence, it has a separate entrance and complete privacy, including private patio with fire pit, and two dedicated parking spots.

The guest suite is most suitable for 2 guests, however it can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Amazing little getaway

hosts are very timely with questions, the place had everything we needed as well as games, pamphlets for tourism, and things to do in the area. this place is also 20 minutes or less from all the popular tourist things in the area. we would love to come back!!

The apartment was very clean and was all we needed. It does not have a stove but has a hot plate and griddle which we used for breakfast cooking. The views were wonderful! We loved Seven Falls and Garden of the gods. We did an E-bike tour called Glen & Garden with Amp’d Adventures which included biking through Glen Eyrie Castle grounds which was a wonderful surprise! Beautiful grounds and buildings! Also loved riding the Cog Railway to Pike’s Peak! Really enjoyed having the apartment to rest in after our adventures!

Beautiful Place!

I was here with my friend/colleague for an annual work conference (space symposium) for three nights. I will definitely be booking this for next year! It was amazing! The views were breathtaking and the house was clean, well decorated and furnished, and cozy. The bed was so comfortable..I actually forgot to ask where they got it because I want one for my home!

Couple getaway

My husband and I had a quick visit to Colorado Springs for a wedding. We loved this quaint little vrbo. The size was perfect for us. The location was beautiful. Close to many sight seeing things! This vrbo was so clean and had everything we needed and more.

Perfect Location

This Vrbo is perfectly located near Garden of the Gods along with other trails within a 10 minute radius. It has a beautiful view of Pikes Peak from the main window and is prefect for 1-2 guests. This was a great vacation for my partner and me, and we would definitely recommend this location!

All the springs

We stayed for a little under a week. The property was exactly as described and had a fantastic view. The property was situated really close to old Colorado Springs and manitou springs. It was the perfect little space to stay at while exploring the area. My only complaint was the adjoining door to the main house made me a little uneasy but it locked on our side so it was fine.

Trip to Colorado Springs

We had a quick trip to CO Springs in early November. The VRBO was fantastic. Very clean, great space. Exceptional Views!! First snowfall of the year and it was the perfect amount to add to the beauty of the fountains. The snow kept us from Pikes Peak but we did go to Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs is a beautiful town as well.

Did not disappoint!

This home kept calling my name as I was doing research and I am so glad I decided to book it! Shari was a fantastic host and I felt comfortable the entire time. The location was very quiet and safe, I even went on runs every morning to take in the beautiful views! Very close to everything you’d want to see visiting Colorado Springs! I will book here when I return :)

It’s in the name. If you want an incredible view every morning, all day, and evening, then this is the place. Location was very convenient. Garden of the gods around the corner in one direction, town and shopping around the corner in the other. Hope to be back soon.

Comfortable and Cozy!

This property is truly comfortable and cozy! The attention to detail and cleanliness is greatly appreciated. When one is traveling you anticipate not having the best coffee, or soft sheets and a cozy bed. This place offered all the comforts of home, from a variety of coffee and creamer choices, (which seems small but not to a MUST have coffee person like me), and a wonderful bed to relax after a full day of activities. It is centrally located for popular attractions in colorado springs! Will plan to visit again!

Amazing!!!

My wife and I stayed here for our Anniversary and we enjoyed our stay very much. This place is just amazing and the views are even better. The place was very clean and well decorated. The host made sure you would have everything you need, she thought of every little detail. It is in a very centralized place, within a stones throw of everything. Last but not least when we got there Shari had left us a bottle of wine on the table for our Anniversary, it was such a great surprise. If we ever go back to Colorado Springs we will sure stay there again! Thanks again Shari for your awesome hospitality!

Fabulous stay at Grandview Mesa

This was one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at! The home was simply beautiful, updated and had all the amenities one would ever need and well stocked. The bed was super comfy. The views of Pikes Peak and Rocky Mountains was spectacular.My favorite part was sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee which Shari was nice enough to provide while looking out over the beautiful mountains. The home is close by to all the attractions, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Cheyenne Mountains and the Zoo. We also went to the Royal Gorge and saw a concert at Red Rocks highly recommend that! Sherri had a book with alot of recommendations of restaurants, attractions which we appreciated and utilized. I We highly recommend this home to anyone taking a trip to Colorado Springs!!
