Property just as described. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Centralized location so it's easy to get around. Loved having a pool all to ourselves. Justin was quick to respond anytime I reached out to him. Will definitely stay again if we get back to the area.

The pool is the star of the show. More comfortable living room furniture is the only needed improvement we noted.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and the private pool was perfect after long days at the ball fields. The location was ideal—close to the fields for Nationals and just a short drive to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was great. A true home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Good stay..Great pool, updated main areas..bathrooms dated, but extremely clean in all areas. Nice area..quiet, but close to everything. Fenced in yard for our dog was great. Excellent air conditioner! Beds a little hard, but that’s personal preference. Communication with host wonderful. Could use some more utensils and plates, etc, but didn’t affect stay. We stayed in May for 10 days. Loved the pool, but no loungers fyi. We brought floating loungers and they worked fine. All in all, excellent stay!

This was the first time I have traveled with these family members. So I hoped everyone did their part to maintain this rental. We loved the house and especially the pool. Although it rained quite a bit, we were still able to swim. The house was lovely. We had enough room for the 5 adults. There were chairs we used at the beach. Our Florida family came over to swim and just hang out. I would recommend this host and house for families. After checking out, his housekeeper found two sweatshirts. Our host, Justin, reached out to me. As we were still in the area boating, we were able to retrieve them. I think most people would have just tossed them. Thank you Justin, it was a fun time.

Home Away From Home

This property was perfect for our week stay! It’s very spacious, clean, and fully furnished. The house is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood close to dining, attractions, and the beach. We loved having the pool available when we didn’t want to go to the beach.
