Welcome to our bohemian haven located near Little Rock Air Force Base! Perfect for families and groups, our home sleeps 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a boho design throughout, a game room with a life-size chess board, and a courtyard with dining area and fire pit. Perfect for long-term stays. Book now and let us make your stay an unforgettable one!
- The house is approximately 2,000 square feet.
- 4 bedroom 2 full bathrooms
- Three bedrooms have a queen sized bed and one bedroom has 2 twin beds.
- The game room has a daybed and futon (sleeping a total of 3)
- Work space (desk and office chair) in the living room.
- Courtyard with fire pit and patio furniture
- Wi-Fi
- AC and heating
- Suitable for children (children should be supervised particularly around the fire pit and cleaning products in the kitchen)
- Not suitable for pets
- Not for parties
- You will have the entire house to yourself.
- You may park in the driveway or garage. If you choose to use the garage you will need to keep track of the garage door opener.
- There are also front and back yards for your access.
- The front door has a keypad for entry.
- No house parties
- We are unable to find somone to fix the jacuzzi tub in master suite. So the jacuzzi feature does not work
- Our guests have the option to request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. A fee of $35 will apply for each service. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this option so we can make sure to accommodate your request.
- For construction crew that stays longer than 30 days, a bi-weekly cleaning is mandatory and included as an additional fee. This policy helps us ensure that the property remains clean and comfortable for all guests.
