As soon as you step into The Roam Retreat you are greeted with gorgeous mountain views and highly appointed mountain modern decor. Around each turn are more views, intriguing design elements, and cozy touches to set the perfect backdrop for a those looking to ski/bike/hike, recoup, and après with the best of them.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible while giving you all the luxuries of mountain modern. At The Roam Retreat you'll find a stay that's chic enough for a romantic weekend away, or with the necessary amenities for the littles.

The Retreat is fully stocked and has all the newest appliances and finishes... with a breathtaking mountain view out every window (and there are plenty of them!).

HOUSE RULES: NO PETS ALLOWED (NO EXCEPTIONS). We can accommodate parking for a max of 2 vehicles, 1 vehicle in the communal heated garage*, and 1 additional in surface parking lot. Any additional vehicles can park in nearby free parking.
*The parking garage door height clearance is 7ft 5in. If your vehicle is taller than that (with or without a cargo box), you will need to park outside in the surface lot.

- Winter Park Resort: 5 minute drive / 10-15 minute shuttle (including 4 min walk to stop)

Nice condo, well located

This condo was as described. Great view. The location was convenient near a bus stop, close to winter park ski resort and Fraser tubing. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Hi! We're Matt and Mariah. We have adored the gem of Winter Park for many years - skiing, trail running, dining, leaf peeping. It's such a beautiful mountain town and community.

We would be honored to welcome you into our condo and hopefully be able to offer you a place to create memories, a little respite, and some good old fashioned adventure as well.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Location, location, location! When we're on vacation, we want to get around as easily as possible and that's exactly what this location offers. Walk downtown for coffee or an ice cream, shopping, and then a fabulous dinner, or burn off some energy with the kids at the river or the park.

If you're headed to the ski resort, hop on the free town shuttle or drive a quick 5 minutes.

Or better yet, hop on your bike to hit a number of incredible trails within minutes. You can connect with nearly anywhere you'd want to go from the trails nearby.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We came for the view and stayed for... well, everything else. This condo, though new, has already become such a special place for our family. We've had such a great time getting The Retreat set up with all of the details we envisioned (butternut slab headboard, vintage skis, that big beautiful black wall)... all while our toddler runs around being queen of the place. Thank goodness for the Nespresso to enjoy, either while getting ready to tear up the ski hill, or relax on the couch taking in the view.
