Blue Sky Chalet is a luxurious, stand alone mountain home located in the charming Summit Sky Ranch community of Silverthorne, Colorado. This spacious 2,616 sq. ft. retreat features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
The main level boasts two primary suites with king beds, a full-size luxury kitchen, a formal living area, a powder room, and a private patio with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and seating.
On the lower level, you`ll find a cozy den, a guest bathroom, and two guest bedroomsâone with a queen bed and the other with two queen-over-queen bunk bedsâplus a private laundry room.
Our convenient location provides amazing access to Colorado`s World-Class Ski Resorts: Arapaho Basin- 30 minutes (18 miles) Breckenridge- 30 minutes (18 miles) Copper- 25 minutes (17 miles) Keystone- 18 minutes (10 miles) Loveland- 25 minutes (16 miles) Vail 40 minutes- (35 miles)
We strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible! Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Relax and enjoy â weâve got you covered!
*Please note: This home does not offer a private hot tub or pool. Summit Sky Ranch offers 4 different shared hot tubs and 1 heated pool in the neighborhood for guest use. Full details including restricted guest hours are listed directly below*
Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.
Aspen House visitation hours are currently:
Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
Saturday 9am-2pm
Sunday 3pm-8pm

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.
