Immerse yourself in nature's beauty at this charming three-bedroom, two-bath home nestled in the beach community of Gray Gables. Set right on the tidal marsh, every window offers picturesque views of the serene surroundings.

Enjoy easy access to the beach, playground, and Cape Cod Canal bike path from this ideal location. The large deck, complete with a custom-made picnic table and benches, basks in sunshine and warmth even on cooler days.

The first level features an open floor plan with a bedroom hosting two twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with counter seating, and a dining area. The living room boasts wood floors and walls of windows overlooking the wooden deck and tidal marsh.

Upstairs, a balcony landing with a slider leads to the upper deck, perfect for relaxation. Another full bath with a tub and shower and two additional bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and the other with two twin beds—complete the second floor.

Just a short stroll down a private pathway leads you to the beach, or venture just 0.6 miles to Mashpee Island beach for a peaceful coastal experience (please note there's no parking here, ensuring tranquility).

Quiet setting in lovely area

Well equipped house with plenty of room for our party of four (two couples) and our dog. Pretty neighborhood for walking and going to beaches. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck facing the marsh, watching the sea birds. Beds and other furniture were super comfortable. We’d definitely stay again!

Property was very nice. Nice views off the balcony. Even had a chance to see a coyote. Lots of birds and wildlife.

A quiet tidal marsh setting with attractive art

This house is located on a tidal marsh near the Cape Cod canal in a densely settled neighborhood. The view is great for herons and other birds. Large windows. The deck and balcony are functional but weather worn and in need of some repairs. The sculpture and artwork in the house add a lot of charm.

Love the house and neighbor hood

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was great. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and all of the beach access. The only thing that it doesn’t have is shades on the windows so when the sun comes up you are up. We had a great time at the house. Can’t wait to do it next year

Bourne House

We had a very nice stay. The spot/view is lovely. We spent most of our time on the deck. The house is large and workable. The beaches are clean and great places to walk dogs.
