Southridge Estates is a quiet neighborhood with a community pool, ample parking, and just south of Downtown Chandler. There is a large park right across the street that includes a playground, volleyball court, soccer goals, and walking paths. This home is located in a medium to low income area and has low crime rate compared to most parts of the East Valley, but please do your own research and ask questions if this is a concern for you. The owners still live in the community and have for some time, we hope you find it as safe and convenient as we have!



There are two dedicated covered parking spaces for our Chandler Chic guests right by the front of the home! There is also an uncovered guest space as well as ample street parking.



Other Details to Note



Safety First: There’s a video doorbell camera at the front door, always on for your peace of mind. This is the only camera on the property—your privacy is important to us!



Pets: The pet fee is per pet. Please message us before booking if you’re bringing a furry friend (or more than one). Let us know the type and age of your pets—approval is at our discretion. Thanks for helping us keep the space pet-friendly for all!



Smoking: Smoking is allowed outside only. Absolutely no smoking indoors—violations will incur a $400 ozone/odor removal fee. We want every guest to enjoy a fresh, clean stay!



Long Stays: For stays over 28 days, we require a signed lease agreement and photo ID for all adult guests (per AZ law). Monthly cleanings are also required at guest expense—this keeps the home in great shape and avoids any deep cleaning charges at checkout!
