If you are looking for a perfectly situated beachfront condo on Emerald Isle, in the town of Pine Knoll Shores…look no further!

Completely renovated, beautifully appointed-- 4 BR/3.5bath condo in the wonderful Coral Shores, a Beacon's Reach community. 4 separate sliding doors access 2 large oceanfront decks with plenty of space to make yourself comfortable while soaking in the sun or basking in the shade. Let your eyes enjoy the ocean views or close them and listen to the waves lapping up on shore. All this in the surrounding beauty of the pristine and protected Maritime Forest.

This unit has two levels, two separate living spaces (one on each floor), two King master bedrooms with en suite baths on the entry level, and two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom downstairs, 5 TV's, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer on each level. Enjoy the ocean views on the upper level or the maritime garden view from the deck below. This unit is perfect for two families that want to share a vacation but also have a little privacy.

Coral Shores is part of the Beacon's Reach community so enjoy your access to multiple private community pools (one within steps of the unit- but not too close), tennis, pickleball, basketball court and tot park. Numerous shaded and scenic walking paths allow you to explore the natural beauty of this protected and beautiful coastland.

The unique location and design of this unit makes the entry level floor and deck access largely accessible for those that may struggle with stairs. This is also one of the few units where you are able to use a gas grill on the ground level (grass only- not on the deck) where there is ample room to relax and eat.

This unit is truly where luxury meets the natural beauty of the Atlantic Ocean and the Maritime Forest.

Great family vacation!

Brian's place was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable! All of the beds were very comfortable, the furniture was clean and the lower level was an apartment in itself! Our entire family had a great stay!

a Slice of Paradise

I don't know where to begin...this place checked all the boxes for PERFECT. We were a family group of all adults, and we loved the bonus of 2 separate living areas with visiting kids having the lower level for their own tv games etc. Also took advantage daily of across the street dock for sunsets. wow!All the pool options in the development were a plus, since it is fun to have options.The bathrooms were very updated and lovely, as well as the fully functional kitchen. Sectional couch was roomy and comfy, as were the beds - a real PLUS! The views from this setting are magical and restful.The upper balcony has a nice umbrella shaded table with seating for six.The beach is very close and accessible down a shady boardwalk, so taking kids , strollers or equipment is not a huge sweaty haul. We used the " shaboomi" for shade and sun protection every day out at the shore, along with the beach chairs. The owner Brian, was always helpful and available, when we had questions: another bonus! We hope to stay again.

LOVED THIS RENTAL!

We stayed at this rental, 2 families with small children. Definitely small child friendly with all the amenities and baby proofing needs. Close to the beach and the pool. Incredibly clean. High end appliances and decor, absolutely stunning. The best maintained rental we have ever stayed in.

Perfect Spot

Beautiful property with proximity to the beach,multiple pools, tennis, walking trails, restaurants etc. All of us agreed that it was the nicest place that we had ever stayed at and our host Brian was extremely helpful and attentive. We would definitely go back!

NC Vacation

The condo was beautiful and in a great location, close enough to all the activities without all the noise. The beach was truly steps away from the condo and plenty of space. The kids loved the pool that was located out back but also rode their bikes ťo the other two community pools. The host provided linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, bogie boards, and much more. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Highly Recommend! Beautiful VRBO!

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had in over 15 years of renting properties. It is a beautiful rental! I'm trying to figure out how to re-create the coffee/wine bar/butlers pantry area in my own home. The kitchen had nice upgrades, beds were very comfortable, and quality furnishings/bathrooms. Perfect for families that are looking for a beach vacation. The pool and ocean are just a short walk away. Rental has nice beach chairs, beach games and a wagon full of beach toys for kids. Great communication from the owner. He is very attentive and you can tell he hopes you enjoy staying at the rental as much as his family does. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Amazing beachfront condo!

Spent the last week at this amazing place. 2 families, 3 kids…plenty of space and very clean. All furniture, appliances, fixtures are new, love the kitchen layout and cocktail nook. The two seperate living rooms are great for kids. Balcony overlooking the ocean is large connecting the master and top floor living room. Plenty of chairs and extras for the beach. We have stayed at 4 locations in Pine Knoll over the past few years, this is the best by far! Would highly recommend

Great location in Pine Knoll Shores. Unit is exactly as photos describe. Very clean, up to date, and functional. Communication with Brian, the owner, was flawless. He was very proactive. Also access to great tennis courts and several pools. This place is definitely on our list for future stays!

Wonderful!

We brought our large family to Pine Knoll Shores and stayed at this beautiful condo. It was beautifully decorated, incredible clean and very well appointed including a pellet ice maker in the butlers pantry. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. There is a lot to do on the property with the pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, etc… and the host has the unit well stocked with everything you could ever think of. I would highly recommend this place to any family looking for a wonderful beach get away.

Great Property

Everything you need for a great vacation. Great restaurants & Grocery Store nearby. Pool 3 min. away, Beach 4 min. away. Outstanding view of the ocean from the porch. Family of 4 adults and 2 children with our group. Had room for several more adults. Would be wonderful for 3 couples who get along or 4 who don't. Well stocked for all your needs. Veteran of Vrbo's and this is the best yet.

First Rate Stay

There arent enough accolades to describe how wonderful our stay was. We recently stayed here with our family consisting of three generations and everyone from grandparents to grandchildren had a fantastic time. Having a pool to go along with easy beach access was a huge plus especially with the kids. The home was extremely well appointed with everything anyone could need. Brian went above and beyond in ensuring we had the best experience. we can't thank him enough. We would definitely look at coming back in the near future!

Excellent condo/townhome with thoughtful layout!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The renovations are immaculate and so well thought through. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, lots of beach items, beds were comfortable, couches were great! Love that there are three king rooms so no couple has to sacrifice comfort. The 2nd living area with full wet bar and fridge downstairs is so great for kids to have a separate area to play games and watch their own movies. Host was very communicative and accommodating as well! The walk to the beach could not be easier, and the pool is right at the complex on the way to the beach. We also really enjoyed going to play pickleball one of the days. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo located on the beach. The only potential problem is that there is a spiral staircase that will be difficult for someone who cannot handle stairs. There is the option of going around the outside of the building and entering through the sliding glass doors, but you must walk through the grass. There are 2 bedrooms/baths upstairs and 2 bedrooms/1 bath downstairs. Even if you only stay upstairs you will need to go down the staircase to get to the beach unless you want to walk around the entire building.

Rejuvenating escape by the sea!

My family had the pleasure of spending a week at a remarkable vacation property, and it truly was a positive experience. Situated nearby the ocean, it felt like our own private oasis. The spaciousness of the property allowed for comfortable living and entertaining, with ample room to unwind both indoors and out. The location was unbeatable, offering the serenity of a secluded beach while still being within easy reach of nearby attractions and amenities. Communication with the owner was exceptional, with prompt and attentive responses to any questions. Moreover, the aesthetics of the property were simply stunning, with tasteful decor and modern amenities that combined comfort and style seamlessly. From lazy afternoons lounging on the deck to leisurely strolls along the shoreline, every moment spent at this vacation property was pure bliss. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Amazing oceanfront condo

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this gorgeous beach condo. It really was a vacation to remember! The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and even has a butlers pantry with lots of storage. There are 4 bedrooms all with very comfortable beds. There is a lot of storage in each room and large closets with more than enough room to hang clothes or put them into drawers. There is an amazing ocean view. It’s so peaceful to sit on the deck to enjoy a drink or dinner and listen to the waves. The condo is very accessible. You can bring all of your luggage in on the top floor and not have to walk up any steps. We loved how close the pool and beach are to the condo. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. We would highly recommend this condo! You won’t be disappointed!

Restorative Spring Break Week Getaway for Fam of 4 (1 and 6 year olds) with Grandparents able to stay tucked away and private in a luxurious suite to themselves. All amenities are upscale, exquisitely appointed and clean! Plenty of yard and beach toys for kiddos. Host has thought of everything to keep parents and kids happy and safe! Highly recommend. Beacons Reach properties are pine knoll shores best kept secret!
