The location of this property is absolutely phenomenal and really can’t be beat. Being able to walk easily to and from town is a huge benefit and was probably the biggest highlight of the stay.Like everything in Banff these days, the price is high, but considering what you get, I thought the value was fairly reasonable. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and essentially the space and convenience of a small apartment. The kitchen was also very well stocked, which we appreciated. There are a couple of things that would have made the stay better. The unit we were in had no closets and no chests of drawers, which was a bit challenging for a four-day stay. There were some hooks on the walls for hanging clothes, but not really anywhere to properly unpack and put things away. There was also no iron or ironing board in the unit. I requested one and was eventually able to track one down, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it would be a useful addition.Overall, this definitely isn’t the swankiest accommodation in Banff, but you save a little compared with some of the traditional hotels and get considerably more space and functionality for the money. I would absolutely stay here again, primarily because the location is so good.

Great location

The only thing that was a bit of a hassle was the parking that took some coordinating. Other than that, it was a good little apartment for the 5 of us!

Great place and perfect location

This place is a gem. Perfect location, right in the heart of Banff and beautifully appointed. Everything was perfect. And I especially appreciate that after my daughter left her stuffed animal there accidentally they made sure it reached us safely back in the US. Thank you!!

Super Convenient & Clean

Our two bed two bath basecamp rental was perfect for our stay in Banff. It was perfectly located in the heart of town, near a grocery store and all the shops. Staff was extremely responsive and accommodating to our group of six. I would certainly come back and recommend it to friends.

Good value in a good location

Great location. Perfectly clean and functional apartment in a nice building. Note that one of the bathrooms is not connected to one of the bedrooms. Slightly inconvenient for one company but not that important. Attached pay for parking garage. Was perfect for our purposes. Highly recommend.

Fine place that will fast decay do to very poor quality materials and cheap appliances. As all things Banff it is overpriced and poorly maintained. Design is really ridiculous. The lobby space is a joke and the couloirs cramped. Walls are full of luggage carriers impacts. Lifts are dirty and, overall, it isn’t a comfortable space. Room was ok. Restrooms are very small and cramped. Kitchen is ok. Beds are unremarkable.
