`Compass Rose` is a home located on Compass Street in beautiful Seabrook. It has a comfortable family feel with expansive living spaces and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen great for entertaining. It is the perfect home away from home.

The gracious living room has a big, cushy sofa for relaxing. There is a gas fireplace to cuddle up next to on a chilly evening for games, conversation, reading a book or watching the large flat screen TV.

The bay-shaped, bright kitchen has lots of granite counters, a farm sink, and gas appliances. The sturdy wood trestle table in the dining area is large enough to comfortably seat 8 people. Just off the kitchen there is a full size washer and dryer, and a powder room.

The primary king suite is on the main floor and features a pillow-top mattress and an iron headboard. There is a private 3/4 bathroom with shower, dual sinks, subway tile vanity counter and lots of drawer space.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and a great media area/family room with tall ceilings and lots of windows. The second bedroom has two sets of built-in XL twin bunk beds with pillow-top mattresses and a large bay window with a beautiful forest view. The third guest bedroom has a queen pillow-top mattress and custom bed frame with built-in drawers for storage. The media area has comfortable seating for reading, watching the flat screen TV or playing on the gaming system. There’s plenty of books, puzzles and board games to entertain the whole family.

The front porch is covered and has 2 wicker chairs and a table. Its a great place for morning coffee, watching the sun come up over the forest or watching kids biking the "best hill" in Seabrook! The covered back porch has a gas BBQ and Adirondacks to enjoy the afternoon sun, listening to the roar of the ocean.

Compass Rose is situated very close to the playground and basketball court, and just a few minutes’ walk from the indoor pool and hot tub.

Compass Rose has a wireless broadband network.
No pets allowed, and owners don’t bring pets to the house.
