You will be renting the entire first floor. The second floor is divided from the first floor & has a separate entrance/exit in order to ensure my privacy and yours during your stay.
You will be able to utilize the large bedrooms downstairs. The home features an open plan living with a huge gourmet kitchen, gorgeous sunroom/dining area, & an additional room that can be utilized as another dining area/game room/bedroom/or large study.

Please note that you may not park on the street between the hours of 2 am and 6 am or your vehicle will be towed. The lockbox near the garage & code will be shared before your arrival. There is a guest freezer in the dining area.
