Ravens Roost is a custom log cabin, tucked away in the Golden countryside, with the convenience of being a 5 minute drive from downtown.
Golden is home to world class skiing, golf, white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking and so much more. Ravens Roost provides you with a perfect launch pad for all the Golden and our corner of the Kootenay Rockies has to offer.

Quiet Rural neighbourhood.

A car is required for this property.

The cabin was even better than the pictures. Lots of privacy and the fire place was amazing!! They supply the wood so you don’t have to worry about packing that with you. Will definitely be back

This was the perfect cabin for our trip to Banff and Yoho. The rooms are nice and spacious and rmthe cabin is fully equipped. Very comfortable beds

Outstanding Stay in a Peaceful and Serene Cabin

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin log home! It exceeded expectations and went above and beyond what the listing says. The pictures truly so not do it justice. It has stunning views and lots of privacy. Very spacious and in a nice secluded location despite being minutes from the town. The cabin is extremely well maintained, fully stocked and meticulously cleaned. We cooked full meals with the kitchen that was so well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, spending some great family time with one another. Quality relaxing time in woods. Owner was responsive and checked in multiple times to make sure we are doing well and make sure we had no issues. Thanks.

Beautiful cabin with quiet location

The house was wonderful and the host was very helpful. The photos don't do the house justice and the location is convenient and quiet. We came here to heli ski and CMH purcell is located only three minutes down the road. Town is about ten and the ski resort is 20.

Even lovelier than described!!!

This is a gem of a cabin. Nestled in the woods on a hill overlooking Golden, it is completely private. The stars & Milky Way at night are spectacular. The cabin is large. Two huge bedrooms plus a third room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is very complete - we even cooked a turkey dinner! Living room has a wood fireplace, big decks, comfortable chairs. There's a washing machine & plenty of hot water. There are trails within walking distance. Town is minutes away by car. There's even a carport so you're not scraping snow off your windshield! The cabin is log & beautifully appointed. Best place to stay without a doubt!

Bigger than we thought!

Such a great cabin with more space than we thought. The pictures don't do it justice. The beds werent very comfortable so we put the extra duvet on them to try and help. A memory foam or pillow topper would help alot. The fire place in the living room was so nice and the wrap around deck was great for our dogs. No close neighbours made it perfect for the pets. Quick communication with the host. It was lovely

Awesome getaway space

Beautiful log cabin with lots of space and excellent natural light. Our dog enjoyed the freedom to roam and liked the wrap around deck. We will be returning in the future!

Belle grande maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e entre les magnifiques parcs Yoho et Les glaciers. Vue sur les montagnes du patio, peu de voisins, trĂšs calme. À 10 minutes des services (Golden). Cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs fonctionnelle incluant BBQ. Lits confortables. Salle de bain rustique, Ă©quipement des chambres aussi. Great place!!

We had such a great time! So relaxing and peaceful. We brought yard games and hung out in the front and enjoyed the deck in the evening for meals and star gazing. The pictures don’t do this place justice

Great time for the whole family

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin so much. It is situated in a secluded forest area, yet it was easy to get around and get everything we needed. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed. The fireplace room was definitely our favourite spot for long evenings with family.
