The cozy interiors are infused with natural light from the stunning south-facing windows, while the high ceilings, walnut floors, and dark wood accents create a warm and welcoming ambiance. This updated comfortable home features all the amenities you need to unplug and relax in a beautiful natural setting.

Adjacent to the property flows the warm springs river, a perfect spot for stargazing at night as it is located in the coveted "dark reserve". The great room is equipped with a 65' Smart TV including Cox Cable, perfect for a movie night, and a gas fireplace to keep you warm on chilly evenings.

The great room opens up to the kitchen, where you'll find stainless steel, state-of-the-art appliances, including a Wolf four-burner stove and oven and Miele dishwasher. The island has counter seating for 3 and plenty of extra prep space. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your family meals, and you can enjoy them at the dining table with picturesque mountain views.

We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform.

The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear.

All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs, and the main bedroom provides a king bed with beautiful views of the mountain and has its own en suite bath with a walk-in shower and a separate large bathtub. The two bedrooms share a bath with shower and subway tiles. One bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed and the other room sports two Twin XL beds for extra comfort.
